First time visiting here. Dr.Geer was amazing! All staffs there were so professional and polite. Exceeded my expectations.

Richard is the best — he made my appointments for getting glasses and contacts very pleasant and he was great at explaining everything and answering my questions. Had a solid experience overall! Updating my review! I don’t recommend this place. After an appointment, it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone who knows what is going on. Doctor gave me the wrong contact prescription, fixed only after I called and noticed it and the person I spoke to never apologized. Basically, the woman in the call center made it sound like it was MY problem they gave ME the wrong prescription. You also won’t get your PD with your glasses prescription, which you need to order glasses, and can only get it if you pay $75 or buy glasses from them. This isn’t uncommon but it feels shady. Also, all of the doctors are virtual and meet with you on a computer screen. There is almost no way to get in touch with the actual storefront or doctors because all the calls go to a call center where they don’t seem to know what’s going on. I stand by my kind words toward Rich — they did one thing right when they hired him — but I will not be coming back here or to any Provision.

After waiting for 45 minutes the canceled my appointment because I coughed TWICE!! Worst place ever. DO NOT go there !! It’s not worth it

I just had my 2nd cataract surgery ant One Day Surgery Center and just as the first time, Dr. Rana and all the staff there were outstanding! Very sweet, caring and comforting.

Patrick Milburn by far the worst OD. He provided the same prescription from 4 years ago. When confronted he blamed his staff. He is currently working out of Walmart on 47th st. In Palmdale. He is rude and has an attitude.

Dr. Ansley and his team go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and well-being throughout your visit. The level of expertise and state-of-the-art care is truly impressive. Dr. Ansley's commitment to his patients, including providing a personal phone number for emergencies, is exceptional. Grateful to have him as my eye doctor.

Facility is very clean, they disinfected every machine before use and staff is very kind. They all were very friendly and answered all my questions. They had a great selection in brands for the frames as well. Definitely recommend.

Updating this review from a year ago - still awesome. Fantastic level of service and understanding. Still wouldn’t go anywhere else. Why would you go anywhere else? The service is awesome and the prices are unbeatable. So impressed with all the staff here. Took me years to try but I’ll never go anywhere else from now on.

This is our 2nd year with Target Optical as we have just moved here fr out of town. My whole family are very satisfied with them. We are so happy to find a friendly neighborhood optical we can count on…very knowledgeable with whatever our optical needs are. We have been with our old optometrist for 15+ yrs & never thought we can find one better than our old one here in TX. Thank you for the wonderful experience & friendly services ❤️
