I have been wearing glasses, my whole life, and I had the best experience at best vision Center 1351 Forest Ave. on Staten Island. The doctor was magnificent. I was very very impressed. Anybody should go there excellent doctor.

Always a pleasure to visit. This Santa Rosa office is an oasis of calm in a busy veterinary world. Wonderful staff and state of the art care! My dog had cataract surgery and it has changed her life, and the dynamics or our dog pack and family life :)

Dr. Bushley operated and treated my corneal transplants for years. He is patience, kind and listens to his patients concerns. His knowledge and skills allows me to trust him to care for my eyes. When necessary he has seen me on Saturdays when the office is closed. Dr Bushley's care allows me to have my best vision.

I was really disappointed in Mgr. Denise, that you said you would call me back. I waited a week but never received a call. I called you on Friday & you would not take my call-that you were busy. I left a voice mail, still no return call. I can't believe you are a manager! Twice lied to me. I managed 8 girls & had plenty of unpleasant situations but never hid from them. By the way, because You have been so rude, I won't recommend your office to anyone, not when its run buy people who lie. What a shame-I liked Dr. Johnson!!!

Great experience at Framed Ewe in Los Feliz. Fun and elevated frame selection and a relaxed aura. Brooke was awesome—friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

The dr. is nice enough. I guess hes average. Unfortunately his entire support staff is 100% clueless and they simply do not care about you as a patient or customer. I went and got an eye exam done there and ordered a pair of glasses back in October of 2020. Two weeks went by and I had not heard anything so I called them and they said it was on back order it would be another two weeks. Two weeks later I STILL had not heard anything I called them and they said there was still an issue but did not have an excuse. Finally after 6 weeks they arrived but I didn't know this because they never called me and told me they had arrived. I had to call them back and ask if they had showed up. They said let us look and we will call you back. (Of course) A few hours went by they called back and said yes we have them you can come and get them. Now when I was in there there was only one other customer there and I understand that they may get busy but they couldn't possibly be so busy that every time you call them they have to call you back and then failed to do so. Is that their policy? If someone calls don't bother to call them back just say you're going to? That is Absolutely horrible and totally unacceptable in any form of customer service most especially in the health industry. It's not like I'm trying to buy a Nintendo. I need the glasses. Does that sound bad enough? Well believe it or not it actually gets WORSE!! They told me that after the benefits renewed at the first of the year because I already had a valid eye exam all I had to do was call them and order another pair of glasses that would be free with my insurance. I did but, they said I would have to come in and see them. I told him I would have to call them back to make an appointment. I did so a few days later and they said we can't take any appointments right now let us call you back. They never called back. Another week went by and I called them and said can't I just order the glasses without having to come in? They said all you need to do I think is come in and pick out the frames. I said I want the exact same order. Just duplicate it. They said we need to make sure that we have those frames in stock. Let us look and we will call you back. They never called. That was over a month ago. If this is the kind of service that you would like to deal with then by all means see this doctor and his limey crew. However I warn you to Simply stay away. Walmart is better than this.

Hands down to the best place to take care of your precious eyes! From the moment I walked in, to my eye exam with Dr. Charles Blotnick, I was blown away by the staff professionalism and nice manners. I was referred to them after a dramatic and traumatic , horrible experience with another Eye Care provider. Now that I am in the hands of a real professional , someone who holds his degree to the highest standards and is a kind, honest, genuine and authentic doctor, I can have my procedure done! Keep up the good work, we need true professionals like you to care about us the patients, not a greedy business that just see the patients as an ATM. Thank you for giving me back my peace of mind!

I am a fairly new patient. I just had my second visit today. However, both times I have been there, the wait has been extremely long! I do love Dr. Weiner though.....so it's been worth the wait!

My wife purchesd a glass there and they said it will be ready in 2 week. After 3 week, we call them and they said it is not ready becasue FedEx lost the packge. After 4 weeks, we called again and they said lens is not ready. We asked a fund and they said they need our name, DOB and address by email. Ok, but they are so rude all the time during every call like they don't care their customer at all. I was asking if they can confirm if they got my email and they just siad they cannot wait and hung up my phone. I called again and no one pick up the phone again.
