Dr, Chahal is an amazingly skilled Dr. He put the Vivity multi focal lenses in my eyes and I am beyond ecstatic with my results!! I know it was a bit pricey but these are my eyes and my sight…. For the rest of my life! The Vivity lenses do not have halos at night when you see lights, they are clear and just like having glasses in your eyes! This is truly the best gift I could give myself. I hope that patients really consider this option… it’s life changing! Thank you Dr. Chahal!!!

The doctor is very nice and professional, however, the staff/frontdesk is rude and unfriendly. She does not listen carefully and has no compassion. One-way communication with a lot confusion information, but she thinks it all your fault.

Dr Sashi Alloju is amazing. Had both my eyes operated on and I trust him. Very friendly staff and Pooja Alloju has been exceptional in recommending and getting the perfect contact lens.

Mr Nicholas Berbos was Wonderful! My Dad was so happy! He was Excellent very gentle & caring and treats you like a family member Highly recommend him.

Based on my personal experience, customer service has gone down hill at this location. A young gentleman checked me in, took me to the machines to get a computerized prescription and later checked me out. Not sure if he is new, but the way how he spoke felt nothing but unprofessional and uncourteous. After this recent visit, I’m considering to switch to a different store for my future glasses & contacts purchases. However, I like the doctor and I’ve had good experience at this store in the past. Last year Adele (the store manager at the time) helped me order some contacts, even though it took 5 months for the contacts to arrive I was satisfied with how helpful and professional she was. She contacted me a few times to provide status updates and ordered trials for me while waiting for the supply.

Target Optical always has a great selection of eyewear. The provider was friendly and informative. The only issue I had was the Insurance verification process. I gave my info well in advance and was not contacted concerning having issues verifying mines and my Fianće’s insurance. He was not able to be seen, but I was finally able to use my insurance versus paying out of pocket like I was offered because I helped her in the verification process and def felt frustrated.

My husband got cataract surgery by Dr. David Seamont. He can now see 20/20 in one eye and 20/25 in the other eye, and of course that could get better. He is so happy with the results. We highly recommend Florida Eye Microsurgical Institute in Boynton Beach, FL

I’m beyond grateful and pleased for the amazing team here. I had to be evaluated on an emergency basis and they got me in right away. Everyone was so kind and professional. I highly recommend them. I will definitely keep my eye care here.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Wizard of Eyes store at 165-01 Jamaica Ave. and I must say it was a good experience from start to finish. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. She took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and style. I was impressed by the level of expertise and professionalism exhibited by this staff member, The store also had an in-house optometrist, which made the entire process more convenient. The overall customer service experience was outstanding. Here I want to thank Nancy the staff member who helped me. I will undoubtedly return for all my future eyewear needs. Thanks Nancy.
