Dr Tao is one of best in this field and did an excellent job when it came to my surgery. He is informative, and walks you through thoroughly pre and post op care. Great sense of humor too.

Perfect hospital

If I could give her 0 stars I would she does not know the insurance policies and I waited 2 months and still no glasses I took my prescription elsewhere

Truly remarkable customer service! It was my first visit for glasses repair service. Now this is my go to place for eyeglasses

Customer service is terrible. The front desk does not greet patients, the appointment times are not honored. Additionally, when you call to get information on charges, reps on phone again lack basic customer service. When my elderly parents asked for their after visit summary, they were told they each had to pay $25. Frankly, quite ludicrous to have to pay for an after visit summary. I’ve never encountered this fee. Terrible service, unfriendly staff who clearly don’t like working in the office.

I have gone to Dr. Krannawitter for years. She and her team are amazing! They help you pick out lenses, answer questions and provide fast, efficient service. I will never go anywhere else!

Great doctor's office

Sure you can get cheaper glasses and lenses elsewhere but this place does a great job and gets them done right. After years of not liking to wear my glasses (and just not being able to see) Bob has gotten me hooked and now I wear them all the time. What a difference good lenses that are the right ones makes! Good customer service and not part of a big chain so you are supporting local small business when you buy here. He has even done lenses for frames that were purchased elsewhere without any issues. Love this place!

Do and I mean don't go to them. They are rude they can't even get your order right. I don't think they will be around long. I questioned one of the ladies and she told me I could go somewhere else. I am not sure the doctor knows how they treat the customer or she might and dost care.

Dr. Shakin is thorough, caring, super-knowledgeable and gentle. He explains things very well and explains things in an easy-to-understand manner. I felt I'm in great hands.

Excellent Doctor, we come from Greenville SC to see him, I have had cataract surgery in one eye so far. I am allergic to dilation and other meds, so I needed someone who could help me. Very caring and professional, and a busy practice. Coming back for the other eye in 2 weeks. Highly recommend!
