I never write reviews but this place has awful service. I do not recommend going here if you want to get your contacts in less than a month. Every time I ordered contacts, I was never called when they came in and had to constantly call to track them. Even when I had them label the right and the left eye on the box they messed that up. The last time was the final straw and the last time I had to deal with them since I’ve had no choice but to switch offices. I ordered my contacts they said they would mail them to my house, 3 weeks later they still weren’t there(I had run out of contacts a week earlier). I call and they have no idea where they are but the manager will call the next day. Obviously I never got a call back so I had to cal and the front desk said oh they were returned here the address didn’t work(not shocked since they never do their job anyways so they prob messed up my address). I never got to talk to the manager but if I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve had contacts my entire life and they normally come within a week, I’ve never heard of it taking 3-4 weeks for my monthly prescription. No communication at this office, and it appears no one does their job and contact you when your contacts come in.

I can’t stand shopping for new glasses. It’s always a hassle…too big, too small, too wide, too narrow, too round, too square…etc…etc. Victoria was nothing short of outstanding to work with. She was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and super welcoming…not to mention funny as all get out. I wasn’t rushed (even though I must have tried on 50 pairs before I found the perfect one) and Victoria helped me every step of the way! I’m now a forever customer and will gladly drive the 30 minutes from my house every time I need a new pair. Thank you so much!

Wow, this place has gone seriously downhill. They have a serious customer servos problem. It’s like nobody cares anymore. Very disappointed!

Best eye care around! I tried multiple clinics in the last 10 years and by far, Geneva Family Eye Care is #1. The doctors, the staff, make you feel comfortable, they are genuine in the care for their patients!

Took his time with my 2yr. Old daughter, unfortunately didn't get the news we were expecting. But he's hopefully with the surgery. Until, then we find out if the surgery will be successful. Overall staff was nice. I do think water or something should be provided with the long wait times. We didn't know about the wait times until arrival. 2-3 hours to be expected

One of the warmest experiences I’ve had dealing with an optical. Dr. Raithatha is very courteous and professional. Will bring my family back routinely.

I happen to be visiting Seattle when I had a small mishap. A lens fell out of my prescription glasses and presented me with the challenge of being able to see clearly during my stay. I found Eyes on You by chance and it was the closest optometrist within walking distance of the Aquarium. I have to say the staff was amazing, thoughtful and delightful. The facilities present in an outstanding manner and I wish they were in my hometown. They fixed my up in minutes and my glasses are good as new! This company deserves all the best and a long fruitful existence! Thank you again from the guy with the bad knee looking all panicked!!!

Very friendly and thorough examination. Everything was well explained. The office is well laid out and open spaced. When we discovered that our present insurance did not cover our visit, the tech. was able to obtain another insurance plan that completely covered our procedure at no additional cost to us. Great service all around, thank you.
