I don't know how I didn't listen to reviews, but please read them and understand you need to avoid all CEENTA offices. They add crazy charges to everything, the place is a MADHOUSE. Just trying to check in or get a call answered is a process I've never seen at any medical office in my life. This wasn't even the worst issue. I was sent for a blood test with instructions to go to labcorp or quest. Mind you, they have other CEENTA locations that draw blood they could have sent me to... I went first to labcorp. No, they didn't have any order for me nor did they have the ability to scan the order barcode, nor did any of the typed in codes work. Went off to Quest. SAME THING. This began a 3 day process with hours and hours amd hours of driving and waiting and calls, including me waiting at one Quest office for 5 or 6 hours because the kind tech there insisted on figuring it out. Turns out they were not using the system correctly and it was so bad, Quest had to send reps to CEENTA to give them instructions. Bloodwork is as basic as it gets. This wild goose chase took away time from work, and they never even ordered all the tests they were supposed to. They sent my bill with upcharges to collections after just 3 months, but CEENTA called today still soliciting payment, then the rep was super nasty, gave a sarcastic/threatening remark, then hung up on me.

Great selection of frames here from the premium brands like Oliver Peoples if that’s what you’re after. Exceptional quality lenses. I have an insane prescription so I’m unfortunately able to tell when a lens is finished well or not. Docking a star just because the optician takes a lunch break from 1 to 2:30. That seems like an especially long window in the day when you can’t get service.

I went there for a diabetic eye exam. It clearly says they do the exam in the window. They did not dialate my pupils like other diabetic eye exams I received in other places. Eye techician asked me to press button everytime i saw a dot which I did but he could care less as he was on his phone thruout the procedure. Then Dr. saw me. Exam was incomplete. No dilating of pupils was done. I gave the front desk before the eye exam my Medcare and Eyemed insurance information. After getting my frames they charged me $300 plus an extra $9 to put it on my credit card. I also found the frames for a lot less money ($69) on the internet. I do not recommend this place if you need professional services. I got conned. Eyemed said they never got a claim. They charged me out of pocket. As a senior citizen, I was a easy prey. Next time I will never go there ever again.

Ordered safety glasses they said it should take 3 or 4 weeks. 5 weeks later I checked on them (because they don’t pick up their phone), and was told it was still in process. 8 weeks later I went there to cancel order. waited for 20min just to talked to opticians. She said she would call to the place they order glasses from. Another 20min For her to come out with my glasses saying it was delivered last Saturday and they didn’t have any technicians to open the box! Ridiculous! No apology. No text. No email. No nothing. Deadbeat optometry. I give 2 stars for this terrible time frame and coustomer service.

Friendly staff and very prompt. Dr. Pham is amazing! She's nice and helpful. I've been a returning client for 10 years and she always addresses my concerns about my (terrible) vision.

I had my 2nd eye surgery for Cataract removal with lens replaced. Dr Kim did a wonderful job. All the staff at Center for Sight and the surgery staff made sure you were comfortable, staff were very professional, and they all had smiles on their faces no matter how hectic it was. Very busy! Center for Sight, Dr Kim and my regular doctor, Dr. Hammond are highly recommended.

Very good service. Classic mom and pop shop, not a chain. The owner is very knowledge and thorough. Will return for all my other glasses related needs
