Save yourself the trouble and find another eye doctor. Dr. Bachmann is a very nice, professional doctor, but his front office staff is not. Why I had to call to figure out when my appointment was is still a mystery to me. Apparently, calling to remind patients of their appointments is too big of a hassle and when you call, you just get an attitude and zero help. Judging by google reviews, it looks like you've already lost two patients in two weeks (that we know of). I've also recommended another current patient find another doctor as well, so, really, you've lost 3 patients in two weeks. Not good...

Marie is very personable, attentive to me and my husband. Prompt service and listened to our needs. Dr Lee has a great team!

Couldn’t be happier about finding this gem. They were friendly and professional from the time I walked in the door until I left. Dr. Beall was wonderful, and answered all my questions, which were plentiful. They even scheduled a consult with another office for surgical assessment. I am grateful and happy to give them 5 stars.

Wonderful patient care! Dr.Jenny Choi is a great optometrist who cares about your well-being! The staff and assistants are equally excellent! I come here for yearly eye exams plus to purchase eye-glasses and contact lens! This office provides exactly what I need! I can’t recommend this office enough!

The optometrist, Dr. Yun, was 30 minutes late to our appointment, and showed up wearing 5 inch wedges. Call me crazy, but I prefer my doctors to be a bit more professional than that. Super patient receptionist, decent selection of frames, but will not be returning. PS Parking in this lot is always a nightmare. Update: Went with the BF to his optometrist, New Vue in Rosemead. Same frames I bought, more than 10% cheaper ($40 cheaper). Deduct 1 star.

Dr. Correale takes time with all her patients and I always feel like I am getting the very best care and that she really cares about the health of my eyes. Her staff is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable and they are well versed in insurance coverage which is so important. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Correale. You will know immediately you did the right thing by the warm greeting you receive and the thoroughness of your exam.

The whole family goes here for about four years and we have never had a problem. The glasses work fine, the Dr is knowledgeable and is concerned about what is best for you, and you get the glasses within 2 weeks. If you need faster service, there are other places to go. Prices are average. The selection is fine. Many places have so many frames to choose from that you can't make up your mind. I don't know why others gave such low ratings but I would send anyone here. My family has had glasses for many years and this place is much better than the last store.

Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience with this eye specialist office. After waiting 8 months for my appointment, I was extremely disappointed to be told just one week before my visit that they do not accept my insurance. This should have been verified at the time of booking, not after months of waiting. It shows a lack of professionalism and poor administrative management. Patients rely on accurate information when scheduling medical care, and this kind of mistake wastes both time and trust. Overall, the office does not handle insurance matters properly and does not respect patients’ time. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

My mother and she always checks my eyes and she helped in surgery when my eye was bad.
