This was easily the WORST experience I have had at any eye doctor or medical clinic. I work in the medical field and I am disgusted with the treatment we got from walking in the door until exiting. The front staff was rude and unprofessional, gossiping behind the counter and not acknowledging us after they cancelled our appointment with no call that we waited a month and a half. I understand their system was down however the way they approached it was not professional. They were able to squeeze us in to be seen however the techs were also rude and dismissive of concerns we had related to eye conditions. The doctor gave us no guidance other than “continue using readers” when my mom hasn’t been able to see clearly for months using these “readers” which is why we tried to get her in. They did proceed to dilate eyes however did not provide any protection for the eyes upon leaving the clinic. We chose this place as they are known and had high reviews however we absolutely will not be returning. As a medical professional I would not recommend this to anyone looking for quality care and friendliness. I never leave reviews and am not Karen but I am beyond baffled how poorly we were treated at this facility.

They have a nice selection and the quality of the frames I'd say would be a "B" grade but unfortunately the hours have never been really consistent and they charge quite a bit to have your glasses rushed otherwise you have to wait 10-14 business days. They do accept most insurances.

They deleted my first review...let’s see if this one sticks. Receptionist on the phone is incredibly rude and stuck up; hung up on me when I asked him if I offended him somehow. Unprofessional!!! Felt more comfortable with Dr. Kauderer down the street

First visit ... great experience. Very professional , friendly staff.

The whole team at Lasik Vision Institute were very knowledgeable & friendly which helped make the whole experience more comfortable. Dr. Fox was great & talked me through the whole procedure which was quick & painless. I had a mishap at home after my procedure & called the emergency phone line and Dr. Fox called me back immediately to walk me through what to do. I’m happy with my experience here & would recommend to anyone.

I’ve gone to plenty of optometrists in my lifetime considering i have an eye disease. This was probably one of my best exams ever. The doctor was professional, through and his experienced backed it! He was able to fit me into contacts when no one else could considering my special circumstances. I definitely recommend him and he does everything the old school way which is honestly the best way. These virtual exams are not it! They also accept my vision insurance that most people don’t accept. You can tell all of his patients has been coming here their entire lifetime. I even overheard him mention that he’ll see one of them next year for their annual exam! The front desk staff was amazing as well. So nice and informative. When I called to schedule an appointment they went above and beyond and answered all my questions. They were even able to check my insurance plans to tell me how much I’m expected to pay out of pocket.

I bought two pair of glasses. Very disappointed. The frame is cracked and I barely wore them. The other frame it looks the two screws are different colors. I didn't even recognit until months later. I have glasses that I had for decades and there are in excellent shape. I am really in disbelief that their quality is so bad. I would never recommend them.

I brought my daughter here yesterday to try out contacts. Dr. Kane and staff were so supportive with helping take out and put in her contacts. They were patient and professional. I highly recommend making this your new vision center! It was a successful visit.

Dr. Gibson is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Kind, informative, helpful. The best staff working. Always a pleasant experience. Amazing that I found this location through Groupon. I've been coming here for 7 months now and will continue to!
