I thought Rosin was the place to go. I don't like how the floor staff works with customers. I've been waiting for my glasses now 4 weeks. No call to give me a status update. I will never go to Rosin again it was a $1200 lesson. Do better ROSIN.

I had a great experience. The office staff is super friendly, warm and helpful! Dr Gologorsky was thorough, knowledgeable, answered all my questions with patience and gave me as much time as I needed. I highly recommend his office.

Dr Shah is the best doctor ive ever met with (and i told her that during my visit). She is so attentive, she listens to you and makes sure to take notes. She explained things and gave advice to the best of my knowledge. This is 100% my place in Austin to go for my eyes checkup.

The doctors and staff are exceptional. Short wait times, organized service in every step of the process of getting testing before you are seen by the doctor. Professional, courteous and more importantly I left there feeling cared for. Not typical of the assembly line medical care that happens a lot in big cities.

I have been a patient of doctor Hecht’s for many years and I love how kind and knowledgeable he his. He has fixed multiple issues that have come up for me over the years!! I highly recommend him

Could buy glasses at really good price and when I find issue with glasses, he also repaired them great. Appreciate his great service!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Gibbs on Tuesday of this week, and like most other reviewers, I had a great experience. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and professional. The store was clean and aesthetically pleasing. and Dr. Gibbs was absolutely friendly & obviously knew her craft. I would also like to note that I was her last patient of the day (my appointment was at 4:30) and Dr. Gibbs still spent plenty of time talking to me and explaining things to me. I never once felt like she was trying to rush things to get me out the door so she could "wrap up" her day. I would absolutely recommend Gibbs Eyecare!

I've been going to Dr. Hoh for about seven years now, despite the fact I no longer work in Oakland and have to take BART there from San Francisco, and he is great. He always takes his time and will explain everything he is doing, if you ask. He's very knowledgeable and makes the time fly. He's also a bargain for the Bay Area with a contact lens exam for only 130 bucks. Definitely five stars.

I have been coming here since I was 10 years old and I love Dr.Anosike. He is so friendly and efficient. The staff has been here for as long as I can remember and they have always been so helpful and sweet. I will keep coming here until I can’t anymore.

Buyers beware. Do yourself a huge favor: Do not go there. I had the bad fortune to get an eye exam and bought frames there, just because their store is located at such a high traffic area and convenient for visitors to Little Saigon. That's about the only good thing. The exam is cursory. Melody spent as little time with you as possible so you can spend more time shopping for frames, pushed by a fast-talking saleswoman, Tuyet. Worse, the frames took unusually long (2 weeks) compared to other places I've been to. When I came to pick up, there's no adjustment as I had experienced with other places. They did not sit you down and make sure the frame angle were seated properly so the lenses can correctly capture your field of vision. The frames are bent , crooked, too wide, but too bad, I had to adjust all that by myself. I did call to request an appointment for proper fitting by their office but they never took the call or returned my call and invited me to come back so they would fix it for me. Worse, I found out that my plan (VSP) allocated $150 for the frames but Tuyet told me they only get $125. I guess they pocketed the $25 difference.
