I was very pleased with the ease of making the appointment. The staff and Dr. Patel were very friendly and courteous. They put me at ease from the moment I walked in. I have to say I was very impressed with my entire visit. I would definitely recommend this office to all of my friends and family. Thank you all.

Terrible experience from the front desk the people are extremely rude and have attitude, they are very unprofessional and the optometrist himself is also very rude he himself has an Attitude when I told him I have astigmatism he said no you don’t even though I been diagnosed by two different optometrist in the La area. I went there for 3 years only because they take walk ins but the last time I went I told them I need my glasses to have the antireflective coating for Astigmatism the optometrist said you don’t need that and plus your insurance doesn’t cover it even though i had confirmed with iehp that they do cover as long as I needed . I also found out that as part of my contacts exam prescriptions which I paid out of pocket they were supposed to include two boxes of contacts which I was never given for last 3 years only found because one of the new receptionist slipped up and told me. But overall do not go here there’s plenty of more reasons they lie, gossip, in front of people and are very argumentative with the customers.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Maniaci was extremely personable and easy to talk to. Mela was super helpful and patient in helping me find the perfect frames.

Add an appointment with Dr Franklin this morning, which I just walked out of the appointment was at 8:20... At 8:30 Dr Franklin was just cruising around talking to the girls up front and I could hear him laughing and I'm thinking well there's people back there what's the deal... 840 I'm still sitting there 845 same thing he's walking around talking to people There was another lady sitting there that said he should go back there and take care of people my appointments at 8:30 I said yeah well my appointment was at 8:20... So the girl comes out and calls the lady back that says her appointment was at 8:30 of course at this time it's 8:50.. I said excuse me my appointment was before her she said we don't take people according to when they come in we take them according to appointments I said well my appointment was 10 minutes before hers she said oh well I walked out I tried Verde eye Care two years ago same issue I am a partial agoraphobic I do not like to be out and in places where there's people.. I told them that when I made the appointment I was promised I would be seeing promptly and if there is any way they can be reported to Medicare I'm on it

Dr. Shily works very hard to make sure my vision is the best it can be and to make sure the lens he fits are the best for the health of my eyes.

I cannot say enough grrrreat things about Dr. Tanquay! She is amazing! I was not even her patient when I scratched my eye and couldn’t get into my eye doctor. Dr. Tanquay saw me immediately, took great care of my eye, and even called the eye surgeon where I went immediately for the care I needed. Because Dr. Tanguay and her staff are all so caring, knowledgable and competent, I moved my whole family (six people) under her care.

Dr. Susan Fromer is very courteous, knows her job, very experienced and efficient doctor. Waiting time at the reception needs improvement. She is highly recommended to all.

After consulting with approximately 10 different eye doctors (who tried to be helpful in their way) with a variety of disappointing results, Dr. Ayres knew what needed to be done right away! And his matter-of-fact approach made me feel very secure in knowing the correct steps to make. Highly, highly, highly recommend him. I'm now pain free for the first time in months.

The first thing I noticed was how very kind the staff was, including the woman at the front desk. Everyone was so pleasant to talk too, and everything was explained to me in great detail and where I could understand. I also noticed how very clean the surgery and prep areas were. In addition to this, Dr. Myers is a passionate and fantastic doctor. I would recommend everyone to this office/surgery center and doctor, as it was a very stress less appointment for my first time.

This place refuses people who either can’t wear a mask or choose not to!!! CDC just came out with guidelines that both jabbed and unjabbed are to be treated the same. This unconstitutional, anti medical freedom garbage needs to be called out. Go somewhere else that respects your rights and civil liberties.
