I had a very informative visit with Dr. Ashley Deese and her team at Austin Eye. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and Ashley diagnosed my issue and has directed my to a highly recommended surgeon that specializes in my condition. I highly recommended them to anyone in Central Texas. If your outside the Austin area, it’s definitely worth the trip. If there was 10 star rating, they would get an 11 from me!

My daughter had an appt with this dr. I left work and took her out of school for the appt. I arrived on time and the receptionist said because she missed 2 appts that the dr was refusing to see her. I told her that i was not aware of any missed appts and she stated her father had made the previous appts. I told her that we were divorced and she was calling the wrong number for the reminders as i had previously told that office in the past. Anyway the Dr refused to see my daughter even after i explained why and what had happened. He is extremely unprofessional and obviously has issues.

First time patient: the staff was friendly and rather helpful. Attention was quick, which is nice compared to the last clinic I went to which was slow as molasses.

I brought my kids here for yearly checked up. And the whole staff was wonderful and Understanding. All the girls are very sweet and very kindhearted. I still see Dr. Linda Bayerkohler, she is always patient and kind with my kids. The boys grew up with her and we highly recommend her for all children age. Then I met Leigh in the eye glasses pick area and she’s super sweet and patient with both my kids. It so happen my children saw her eye glasses and they picked the same pair as hers. So if you need a wonderful staff to take care of your children and for yourself. Pearle Vision on Lake Mead and N. Rainbow area is the best!!!😃😊🥰

Dr. Coates is awesome! She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She diagnosed my retina detachment 7 years ago and I have been a patient of hers since. I have recommended her to friends and they have been very happy.

Excellent service by Krystal and her team - my family prefers this place for the quality service, patience and kindness - Krystal is amazing, always giving time and insights - thank you Krystal and your team for the excellent service and professionalism. Keep up the good work Krystal noticed that my frame was not working and promptly requested the company for an immediate frame replacement free of charge. Kudos for assisting me here.

This place is terrible. They schedule everyone at the same time. So if you have an appt at a certain time just know 20 people are there with the same time as you and will have to be seen before you. The woman who works in the eyeglass place is 80 years old with piles of papers everywhere, the floor , the desk, just total disarray. She’s rude, unprofessional and annoying. They are all unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Highly recommend this place, everyone is friendly and their service is reliable and efficient. They will help you accommodate your appointment for the best time possible and the speed in which you receive your glasses is better than other places I’ve been to. I’m glad that I gave them a chance and I thank them for they wonderful service, They offer a great service for the community

I visited LensCrafters to buy prescription sunglasses. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and interacted with three very friendly associates while in the store. Mary was especially personable and generous with their time. I was having a difficult time deciding between four frames, and they were kind enough to explain certain aspects of each one, which helped me make the decision. My experience was indeed positive! Highly recommend!
