I was referred to this facility by my Opthalmologist because he knew that I would receive good service..Well it wasn't just good it was excellent..By the look of all the patients in the waiting room you could just imagine that they were very busy, but the wait was not long at all. I was very very satisfied with check in , the cleanliness, the professionalism, the equipment used, everything was done on the spot. I traveled over 60 miles to the appointment ..My first visit with Doctor Farid and she was AMAZING , I am looking forward to my next visit...THANK YOU to the staff for what they do. Staff always friendly and helpful. dr b always makes sure to ask if you have any questions. Sometimes there is a wait but I don’t mind I know im not the only one being seen and the attention I want I know dr b gives to everyone else so it’s worth the wait and once you’re in it goes by fast. Can’t recommend enough

Wait time was absolutely ridiculous! An appointment that was supposed to take 15 minutes ended up taking 2 hours! Place was incredibly disorganized and staff was very unfriendly.
