Dr. Klaus is one of the finest ophthalmologists that I have ever gone too. That includes doctors in New York City also. Dr. Klaus shows such a high level of knowledge and compassion and may I say experience. There are not enough words to say how blessed I am that I found this doctor.

Worthless stuffs for glass. I always had been to this institute for my glasses for last 5 years and every time I changed the glass only but not the frame. This year again on January 2nd I went to do my glasses in acuity eye group La Jolla and for last 3 months after 2 changes they could not make a glass and frame that fits my face and I can't see through them. They can only fit frames that has nose pad. I chose a frame without nose pad and they could not fix it. Because of them I lost my budget from insurance for my glass for year 2026. I am not going back to this place anymore. I must mention the glass lady/staff name is "Zoe". It is really frustrating they can't serve their loyal customers well. If you cant make a glass and frame suitable for a common shaped face, you should not run your business.

Dr. Fay is a nice old Armenian lady with very traditional habits which actually made her awesome at her job. Her office looks as if she moved the location recently, half unpacked, and chose to hoarder machines from 1983. Nothing high tech or modern here. Just a good old fashion look in the eyes with her flashlight and putting the words on the screen to read. She could tell I lifted heavy packages just by looking in my eyes so I have no doubt she knows what she's doing. What makes me give 3 stars is her assistant working in her office was a middle aged lady who was never on time for anything, was completely unorganized, tried to charge the wrong insurance company for my contacts, and always provided too much information about her personal life with her children. So be prepared :)

Dr Quick is a fantastic, intelligent doctor! I was struggling with double vision for several years and had seen a couple of other eye doctors after a neurology work-up was clear. The other eye docs had me do testing to see if I should do "eye therapy" and then they prescribed glasses with prisms - which made it much worse. I saw Dr Quick, and she immediately noticed that my eyeball shape was different than most. With a slightly different prescription and a few OTC moisturizing eye drops, my double vision was COMPLETELY gone! The others would have had me spending $ and time for things that wouldn't have helped. I've referred others to her.

In spite of a warning of staffin problems, I was greeted in a pleasant manner, had a short wait to get to the treatment room for both tech and Doctor evaluations and a summary of the condition of my eyes. Doctor gave me a prescription for glasses. Total tine was about 40 minutes.

Good facilities, excellent staff. Can highly recommend.

She was very professional. Staff was great as well. I don't think I have ever had such a complete eye exam. Explained everything where I understood.

Great optometrists and staff. I'm coming back to the same place since many years. Service is always quick, convenient and with maximum value for patients in mind. Strongly recommend this place.

Dr. Park has horrendous bedside manner. It seems the positive reviews are only from patients who had cataract surgery or in-depth procedures. If you're simply seeking an eye exam & prescription update like I was, save yourself some time and find another doctor. I waited nearly 2 hours to be seen and when he was finally with me, he was cold & curt and I barely had a chance to ask questions.

I love the staff and Dr. Burns has been fantastic in my treatment. He explains the options for treatment and answers all of my questions. He has great bed side manner. No complaints in regards to staff and my doctor. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is because EVERY appointment I have been to has had an EXCESSIVE wait time. I have waited almost an hour for each appointment. I feel that the patients time is not respected. I show up at least 10-15 minutes early, as requested, and I do not receive the same respect. I understand waiting a few minutes after the appointment time but 45-50 minutes every single time is excessive and frustrating. IN RESPONSE: The way to make it better would be to follow your schedule or schedule to what your office/staff can accommodate.
