We were regulars of Costco optical. Dau was helping us and he was always trying his best, our whole family bought our glasses from there. Today we went to buy glasses again, manager Britney did not even try to look for my husbands size. She carelessly said we dont have it even without checking. She was helping to other customer who came after us. Customer service is very important, I hope Costco Pearland management will care for what customer thinks.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Guido for several years now for our annual eye exam. He has been a great doctor and very personable to work with. Him and his staff always take the time to answer any questions we have. I don't usually buy my eyeglasses there but that is only because there is more selection at various locations around town or over the internet.

My daughter and I went to our appointments Doctor was amazing. Then time to pick up glasses the staff was rude as hell, so rude I walked out an left my glasses but my daughter grabbed them on the way out. I would never go back I will take my money else where. I can not recommend this place to anyone. Reason for 2 stars is only cause the doctor was amazing. It’s a shame his staff are rude an were listening but DID NOT HEAR my concerns over my glasses.. Do your self a favor and go else where.

I needed a quick frame adjustment yesterday for my Silhouettes and entered Tomoka 2 minutes before closing time. I know, how rude of me. Two of the nicest young ladies were so kind and polite and did not turn me away. Sydney adjusted my glasses no problem. Thank you to both...❤

They are friendly, professional! They helped me fix my old glasses PERFECTLY, but did not charge me anything, even I had never been their costumer.

Dr Chow did my cataract surgery. She performed a miracle! I am extremely pleased with the results. Dr Chow is amazing

During that time, I’ve been around him in nearly every kind of social situation: family gatherings, church activities, travel, amongst colleagues, friends, our employees and patients. He is a polite, professional and thoughtful doctor. I am fortunate to have him as my business partner. I am glad to know his family. I trust him without question.

Drs Oku and Williams have cared for our family’s vision needs for over 20 years. The office staff is professional, personable, and incredibly efficient. They carry and excellent selection of eyeglasses. The labs used make top notch glasses. Issues, concerns or adjustments are handled promptly by the staff. Highly recommend this office for your vision needs.

I first started seeing Dr. Conway in May of 2020 with the knowledge from previous ophthalmologists that I have a vision-threatening form of posterior uveitis. But at that point in time, the exact form (and cause, if knowable) was unknown. At my first visit Dr. Conway treated me as a VIP client whose medical case she was determined to solve. She performed a very thorough work-up and, once my blood work and x-ray results came back, she provided a detailed diagnosis for my rather rare condition. I had the sense that she probably spent some outside time reading ophthalmology journals to help her put all the pieces together. Since then, she continually encourages me to contact her whenever I experience what I think might be symptoms of a flare-up and she rapidly returns my calls and gets me in for a visit as quickly as possible whenever I reach out. I couldn’t wish for a better retinal or uveitis specialist! Her staff are always helpful, patient and professional as well!
