The office staff was amazing. They were able to get me in same day for an emergency. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I saw Dr. Lang and he was fantastic. He was able to treat my eye injury without any pain. Thank you so much to everyone!

The glasses were very expensive and I had to wait a month to get them. The folks working there were pleasant enough to deal with, but I got a real case of sticker shock when the final price was presented to me.

Dr. Clegg and Staff were very professional. They had an open spot for an eye exam on the day I came in to have my glasses fixed. I got in right away. Dr. Clegg was very knowledgeable and the exam was quick. My previous exam was also great. I will be returning for my annual check up.

I cannot say enough about my experience. I have used this business twice and both times the service was superb! Ingrid was very knowledgeable when selecting my frames and lenses. THE EYE DOCTOR DOESN'T WANT TO LISTEN TO THE PATIENT. I TOLD HIM THAT THE OTHERS DIDN'T LISTEN WHEN MY GLASSES WHERE NOT working.TO me when my glasses are not working so now he is doing the same things as my other eye doctors did so now I see more blurry vision and double vision but im to keep wearing them for 2 weeks you would think that they would care about there patients more not just about the money and make the patients vision problems worse.but he is the only one in knoxville that does this I think there should be more eye doctors then him and if the eye doctor don't care about there patients I thought I was doing good at first but my opinion has changed with him.

For my comprehensive eye exam today, it was a fantastic experience. The doctor was extremely detailed on her exam. She answered my questions without rush, and provided additional medical advice on where and what I should go for in regards to my cataract, glaucoma, and floaters. A very important thing to note is that even after I left, the doctor even called to give me further information on floaters. The staff member was also very professional and friendly. She helped me pick out my frames and bifocal lenses with patience. After I finished picking out everything, it was already into their lunch hours. From this, you can definitely see this place’s detailed, professional attitude. For a person that has been wearing glasses for 40+ years, this was a perfect experience.
