These guys saved our bacon this weekend with a rush set of glasses! We didn't even pick out the frames because we couldn't get there before they closed. Glasses were perfect and actually looked great on my friend. Thank you so much! Picture for humor!

Great doctor, great tech, and one great person up front. The other person up front was awful. After I was done with the doctor I walked up front and the woman closest to the exam rooms didn't even look up. I waited then asked "where do you want me?" The kind one by the front door said "I can help you over here" so I went to her and got my follow up appointment slip. I asked where my prescription was and the rude one held it up in her hand ignoring the fact that I was there and told the other person "people would get their prescriptions if they'd check out over here." I just laughed and thought I missed something and then my wife, who had an appointment before me said she stood at the rude person's desk for several minutes and she never looked up. The other person finally called my wife over to check her out. I don't know what the deal is with her but there are a lot of options out there and being treated like trash by a grumpy staff member is not something I'm going to pay to deal with.

A little disappointed as I have been to this location when a good friend of mine was the OD. I had made an appt showed up early and still was not seen by a doc after 1 hour. The system apparently lets other people double book if you don’t confirm that appt. No notification that if you do not confirm that your appt may be double booked. I never canceled the appt so it just was disappointing for me since most businesses and appts do not work this way. I am a physician myself and NEVER have patients waiting for that long.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Ella is great! Always greeted immediately and with a smile. Dr. Ricks really takes his time reviewing and explaining everything with your exam. Great selection of eyewear! They always have something for my oversized head (really hard to find something that fits well). Overall great experience and always look forward to my annual exam!

Dr.Stephanie Sugin is an extraordinary doctor. She took amazing care of my 87 yr old Mom who had to have many surgeries. She went above and beyond, even making a house call when she lost all vision and could not get out of bed. She arrived at my Mom’s condo with a wheel chair to assist my Mom in getting in to check her. I have never seen a more dedicated physician in all my years and have dealt with many. There are not enough superlatives to say what a wonderful person she is and skillful surgeon she is. You will know you or your love one is in good hands with Stephanie Sugin! I would give her 10 stars as a rating!!

Do not go here! I went and got my eyes retested after this exam and the prescription I got here was way off from the second opinion and my current glasses. I’ve had glasses all my life an never experienced an eye appointment like this. Front office staff are unprofessional and rude. The exam was barely an exam, the doctor took the retina picture and then went straight to doing the lens test without asking me to read anything off. He did not look in my eyes, do any sort of peripheral vision evaluation, or any sort of eye movement evaluation. At no point in the exam was I asked anything about my medical history or if I had any concerns and as someone who has had eye surgery that was alarming.

Dr. S and staff are incredible, knowledgeable and have a passion for helping people. They have seen my brother and I, since 90’s. I’m dyslexic and their glasses help me with focus. The letters don’t move across the page. Life changing! He gives so much of his time and glasses to Special Olympics events for as long as I can remember. Thank you Dr. S!!!!

My father had a corneal transplant done by Dr. Schwartz back in July 2022. He is an excellent skilled and caring doctor. Has taken great care of him since then. Has answered any questions he or I have had. And his office staff is excellent. When you call and ask a question the office gets back to you promptly. They listened to concerns about his prescription and made a change to try and alleviate some side effects. Without a doubt a great and caring doctor.

This place has horrible customer service and no respect for patients time! We arrived for an appointment early and 30 min after appointment time I asked the staff about how long it would be they said 30 more minutes we would be seen. That time came and went and my husband was supposed to be next. Three other people were called back when asking the staff they could not verify if he would even be seen today or not. This was after an hour an a half of sitting waiting. If I hadn’t asked we would likely have sat there for much more time and not been seen still.

I had a great experience with Rosa B. She helped my parents & I with our glasses and measurements. My parents frequent this location and always praise how Rosa is so attentive and patient. Thank you so much for all your help! Great customer service. I recommend
