Dr. Echols was awesome with his bedside manner and surgery. The staff was awesome too showing that they cared.

They have good eye doctor. Saly elias very professional and we loved her. But front desk I don’t like it. When we’re looking glasses they’re talking each others and asking where they’re from Hispanic or middle eastern. It’s not your business people where they’re from. 2 ladies I feel bad for you guys change your dirty mind. We’re all human doesn’t matter people from we’re living USA 🇺🇸 everyone lives here. BE CAREFUL with front desk. But doctors definitely 💯

I am super impressed with the staff at the 30th st location in Boulder. Dr Salazar was very thorough and explained the changes in my prescription. Noah, the GM, is extremely knowledgeable! Both he and Ann are kind and had my best interests at heart. I ordered contacts and glasses. They checked insurance and other avenues to get me the best deal. I highly recommend coming here for your optical needs!

My experience with this clinic was highly disappointing. After my son lost one of his contact lenses, I reached out to order a replacement. He had recently seen the doctor and received updated information about his eyesight. However, the service I received was far from satisfactory. I initially called on a Friday, only to find out that the doctor wasn't available that day. Hoping for a resolution, I called the clinic twice on the following Monday. The receptionist informed me that the doctor hadn't responded to her email and assured me that the doctor would call me back. Unfortunately, by the end of the day, I hadn't received any communication from them. Today, I made two more calls in an attempt to resolve the issue. Regrettably, the receptionist's response remained consistent – the doctor had not responded to her email. While I understand that this is not a life-threatening situation, I found it puzzling that the receptionist couldn't spare a minute or two to communicate with the doctor and facilitate the order process using the most recent data from my son's check-up. In sum, my experience with this clinic left much to be desired, and I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and assistance provided.

Whenever I come home from an appointment here I tell my wife that she should switch from that eye place in Lexington! I used to go there too, and these people don't make you wait nearly as long! Maybe I'm just lucky, but for an eye exam I am always out after less than an hour. I've also been happy with all the eye doctors I've seen.

My exam went wonderfully, the dr is wonderful and thorough. My only issue is the appointments were running an hour behind and there are no patient seating. I also don’t care for the big screens that show advertisements kind of over stimulating.

Dr. Melton and his staff, simply put, are amazing! They greet you with a smiling face and a happy heart. Everyone I dealt with from walking in to checking out was very professional. Not to mention very timely! That being said I never felt rushed and loved getting to ask questions and get a deeper understanding of my issues and talking about lasik. If you are in the market for an eye doctor look no further, he is your guy and this is your place. Thank you Omni family for making my visit so enjoyable and knowledgeable.

As always best patient service around. My whole family comes here. The doctors are very knowledgeable and explain everything. Kim and Kathy are great to deal with scheduling and billing.
