Having purchased glasses with the previous people running this optical center, I have to say the new person running it (Anette) is like night and day. Anette was super helpful, friendly, and courteous. I wish all of my retail experiences went like this one. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for glasses.

So a warning to others that may have been coming here for a long time like myself…. They now won’t get you new glasses unless you’ve had an eye exam in under 2 years. I’ve been coming to this location since early 2000’s, in need of a quick turn around for a replacement pair and I was told not happening without a new exam. Glad I keep a back up pair of glasses around but dang, very poor customer service, especially given the reason I provided. I will never be back again unfortunately.

They were on time and very thorough. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Very pleased, would recommend to anyone.

Yesterday, I found myself without glasses. My left lens fell out owing to a screw having popped out from my frame. I went to Wisconsin Vision on East Washington here in Madison. Sonia offered to repair my glasses, and boy, did she do a stand up job. Her repair demonstrated dedication, commitment, and professionalism with a friendly touch. She spent the better part of 15 minutes on what turned out to be a challenging repair. She replaced the original screw with a new one, which she installed with a degree of expertness that impressed me. I left impressed and thankful. Sonia saved the day. She is to be commended for her friendly attitude, her professionalism and her dedication to craft. If you need new glasses, or repair on your present glasses, I strongly recommend you pop into Wisconsin Vision East. The prices are reasonable, the selection impressive, and the workers are accomplished crafts persons and friendly. Thank you, Joseph

I'm at Eye Gallery right now getting new glasses and an eye exam. I heard Mr. Charles speaking angrily and sarcastically about me aloud. That was really unprofessional, and I felt ashamed of myself. The physician was AMAZING.

I have consistently received great service. Dr Pham listens to you. Dr Pham spent time with me while trying on a number of of contacts helping me find the best fit and the best vision. Out of the previous used optometrist, Dr Pham has given me the best contact fit and made e sure I have 20/20 vision. Plus she's giving me more information about my eyes than any previous optometrist.

I have been to three other places ( Sunglasses Hut, Northstrom & Costco) for my sunglasses repair with no success. Today I went to LensCrafter. To my surprise, they were confident about fixing them and they fixed my two pairs of Ray Ban in a few minutes. They saved me about $400 and did it free of charge. I’m grateful for their expertise and kindness and excellent customer service.

Dr. Trinh is truly amazing! She really knows what she is talking about when it comes to eye care. They are always so accommodating and really take the time to listen to concerns and explain everything. Her front staff is amazing as well. They answer all your questions and concerns and always have our insurance coverages printed out and ready to show what is covered and what isn't so there are no surprises. The office is clean and well maintained. I will keep coming here as long as I can!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They have a wide range of brands as well and were very good at helping me choose the right glasses.

Excellent customer care at Target Conshohocken. Dominique was knowledgeable about frames and lenses and helped me make a final decision. She added a note to my order to speed it up for an upcoming trip and they arrived within a week. Good selection and efficient service! I’ll return for sure. (This is a real review- I usually have at least one criticism but there is none!)

They also have the best selection of cute frames! I have been happy with Optometrist Images customer service as well. They always call to remind me of my appointment and understand insurance coverage perfectly. Don’t waste your time anywhere else, just come here.
