Dr Jessica Dennis and her team were wonderful! We took our two daughters for an exam because they had a school screening that suggested they needed a comprehensive eye exam. Our older daughter didn’t end up needing glasses, but our younger one did. Dr Dennis made each of them feel comfortable and, as an eye doctor myself, I recognize how excellent Dr Dennis’ refraction, exam, staff, and office all were. While we were there I even got a refraction and got some new sunglasses myself! Can’t recommend Dr Dennis and her team enough!

I was able to browse from your wide selection of frames while waiting for my eye exam which was scheduled and I didn't wait long. The eye exam was thorough, comfortable and clean. Your ophthalmologist explained my results and and eye care recommendations. The sales associate did an awesome job applying all my insurance benefits and explained my options well. It was a great experience, I recommend you to anyone!

Scam location. They ordered glasses for me and told me it will be a 2 week wait. So I waited 2 weeks and called them, they said my insurance is slow so it will be another week. A week passes and I call again, they have the same excuse. So I call my insurance and its a long wait, my insurance says theres no order at all for glasses. So this location is basically lying. After a month and a half, I finally received my glasses. So I had to go 1 month and a half without essential eye care. This was awhile ago, recently I went to another eye doctor and ordered glasses, it only took a week and a half to come in (same insurance).

Receptionists is super great, very helpful and friendly all of the time. Dr is amazing too!! So knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions you may have.

This is a continued problem. My glasses were supposed to be fixed, after my initial visit to pick them up and the prescription was off. I took them home today it’s still off. They tried to give me my Ray-Ban glasses without a glass case … More

If I could give 10 stars, I would give 9 stars. Five stars is not enough. Dr. Dinh has raised the bar for me in how an optometrist visit can be beneficial to a patient. Though I must go to a specialist for my eye condition, instead of getting my eye exam at the one location, I purposefully make the extra stop to have Dr. Dinh examine my eyes. I told my other eye doctor about how great the exams are at Focus Optical. It is not simply getting an eye exam. It is understanding and learning the why and how of a condition. I don't walk away with my OD, OS, and PD. I have knowledge on a/stigmatism, cornea thickness, high eye pressure in relation to potential for diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. I now make a point of wearing shades because it deters getting a/stigmatism and helps with certain headaches and how to better understand the prescription so if you are buying the glasses online, you enter the information correctly. The con to Focus Optical is that if you have particular frames to have your prescription used, it can take up to a month or so. If you buy from their selection, you can get the prescription, sometimes that day.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Cohen! She has been treating me for several years for a chronic eye condition. She is knowledgable, caring and always takes time to sit down and listen. She has a great staff as well!
