Fabulous Optical Sucks! My first time was at location on Jamaica Ave. It took almost a month to get frames back and then had to send back because they messed up the prescription. Second time at this location, they refused to accept my own frames saying I had to buy theirs under my insurance which is obviously a lie since they accepted my own frames for the 1st order. Will never go back!

I see, (no pun intended), Dr. Putnam, and she always gets me in and out quick. She is very friendly, non judgmental, and she has a great sense of humor. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they are professional. They do a great job and will get you in and out quick, leaving you feeling well taken care of. Great job everyone!

Dr. Hetzner was very patient with my speaking disability. She explained her findings. She was very professional and kind.

Dr. Oberman is a great doctor, however the wait time when you visit his office is ridiculous. They have no consideration whatsoever of your time and what you may have on your schedule! I appreciate how thorough he was with my mothers surgery, but I hope to never have to come to this office again!

Dr. Hendricks is a fabulous eye doctor. He thoroughly explained everything he saw in my eyes, which is normal for my age. Told me treatment and what to expect on down the road. I wish him a happy retirement, he will be missed. He also recommended another eye doctor.

The whole team at Gateway Vision are phenomenal, great eye care all around! I recently broke my glasses right in half. I brought them in and Nigo had a look. He confirmed what I suspected; they weren’t repairable. I was pretty disappointed because my VERY old glasses were painful and out of date. No worries for Nigo though, he worked with me to look up my insurance and helped me pick out frames that would fit my existing lenses. I found some great frames and was in and out in 30 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE care and service, I wish I could leave an extra star. If you want a great team that goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

Had an absolutely awesome experience with Dr. Haft. My cataract surgery was seamless. And an excellent result.

As usual Dr Ben Nissan is very thorough. he leaves no stone un turn in his examination with patience and care. It is a pleasure having him as my optometrist since 6 years now. I keep coming back knowing i can always count on him

I had a very bad customer service experience today. I purchased expensive glasses on 4/23. The screw for the temple leg fell out. I went in to see if they could help me. Was told I don't have the protection plan so they can't help me. I would need to purchase a new pair. It's only a screw and she told me they didn't carry them for that manufacturer. I asked if she could help me in getting them to the manufacturer since they are less than a year old. She said I would have to do that myself. I said okay, do you have the information for the manufacturer for repairs? She said just go online. I want to thank the woman that was at the front desk. She was absolutely no help whatsoever. So much for providing good customer service. They just lost me a s a customer as well as my wife and son.

The team at Granite Bay Vision care goes above and beyond expectations! I was on my last pair of contacts and they provided me a pair to last me until my appointment with them. The appointment was easy and thorough and the team stayed after hours to help me pick out glasses. So grateful to have an amazing eye doctor. Thank you!

Great experience! Everyone was very helpful and friendly! Dr. Huber made sure I can see clearly. Isabell was fantastic! She made sure I had the best deal and looked great in my new glasses. I'm very very satisfied! Will be back and I will let everyone know where to go to get your eye exam!
