I would never recommend this Dr. I have an issue that when it flares up it’s an emergency and I need certain drops asap. I know I hadn’t seen him in a few yrs and that he would want to see me. When I asked for the drops I said I will make an appointment but please don’t delay the drops since I know it will take a while to get me in or please take me as an emergency patient. They would not see me as an emergency and would not give me my drops. As a Dr. Knowing how severe this gets how dare he doesn’t help me. Just horrible Never had faith in him anyway , when I first met him I had to tell him how strong to make these drops. He had no idea. I knew from a previous specialist I saw that I could no longer see cause of insurance. I would run from this Dr

Kelly and her amazing team made ordering glasses and contacts so stress free. Everyone was so helpful and patient in answering my questions. Great customer service and a friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Dr Farmer was very helpful. He expressed his concerns. I had to call in regarding an issue with my site and the staff worked me in quickly.

Terrible front desk. They make you wait for hours longer than you should.

Absolutely the Best! Dr. Ngo is articulate, professional, and intelligent. I admired her and respected the care she gave me so much that I referred my husband to her. We love her! My eyes were 20/200 and thanks to Dr. Ngo’s expertise at cataract surgery, my eyes are 20/30 and 20/40 now. I can see dew drops on blades of grass thanks to her! Appreciate seeing her every time!

Before I walked in good I was greeted! The bin used to put frames in that was tried on or touched was excellent in know these frames were properly sanitized. Also the sales person was excellent & patiently ran different quotes for me with & without insurance as well the coupons I believe she truly gave me the best deal to offer. Also their input on which glasses looked better on my face was a plus for self confidence…

Best of the Best! Best Ophthalmologist in the south! He takes time with his patients, very caring, excellent surgeon! He was at Eye Consultants of Atlanta, and moved to Lookout Mountain and practices in Chattanooga, TN! How fortunate for Chattanooga to have such an excellent Ophthalmologist in our local area at Southeast Eye Specialists!
