Very nice customer service is great

No complaints. We have had good care via SW Fl. Eye Care for several years. We will miss Dr. Avril who is retiring soon.

Dr O'Leary was wonderful. He took the time to explain anything I didn't understand. I learned a lot from him. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me pick out the perfect frames and not one person tried to push me or rush me. I have never been so well treated at any other eyeglass office. I am so happy with our choices and cannot wait to try out my new eye wear.

Dr. Chen and the front desk receptionist were awesome! They communicated with professionalism, patience, and care. However, the optician could be much nicer to patients. She spoke with great haste and lack the basic professional etiquette to speak calmly and ask how the customer wants to use their insurance benefits.

Wonderful doctors! I’ve seen Dr. Cohen since 1984 and wholeheartedly trust him with my eyes.

I have been waiting for 55 minutes now. This is real time comment and still wondering when will I be called. Basically this is the worst wait time I have seen.

We had the best experience with Dr. Henriksen! I have a son with Autism and Dr. Henriksen (and Ammon) were both so kind and considerate of my son. They were able to keep his attention and help him quickly. We had an experience with another doctor that seemed impatient and annoyed with my son’s special needs, and it always helps when the doctors are patient and kind.

I recently had an amazing experience at Target Optical in Minneapolis! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The eye exam was thorough and the optometrist took the time to answer all of my questions. Afterward, I found a stylish pair of glasses that I loved, and the purchase process was smooth. I can't wait to receive my glasses in a few weeks! I highly recommend Target Optical for their excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Five stars all the way! 🌟😄

Everyone in this office rocks! All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Dr. Matson is great! He definitely cares about all of his patients. My appointment was quick but not at all rushed, and I got help picking out new frames by Tracy! Everyone is also following the Covid regulations and regularly sanitizing surfaces.

I went in because I needed an eye exam and new glasses. I saw the sign that said free exam and 2 pair for $79, which is suppose to cover the frames and lenses. I walked out paying over $600 for one pair of glasses. I was going for the 2 pair, but that would have been over $800. When I got a notification that they were ready I went in to get them and spent 20 minutes standing at the counter while they looked all over the building for my glasses. They looked everywhere but the bin for names that start with B. My name doesn’t start with a B. I do not recommend. I will be searching for a new eye doctor for my next exam. Well, I called the number, they had no clue what I was talking about. This place is a joke. I had to bring my glasses back because they had my measurements wrong and they were making me nauseous. They said they are putting new lenses in at no cost. Let’s see how long this takes.
