I had sort of an eye emergency and they were the first business that popped up on Google so I gave them a ring and after explaining my situation they got me in right away. The office is nice and the staff were friendly. I was seen by Dr. Meltzer who, in my opinion, did a great job at diagnosing my issue and providing a concise discharge plan. She showed full interest in my care and I felt she was listening to what I was saying. I plan to use them as my new vision doctor and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, my experience with the scheduling team at Armstrong Georger Cohen Will Ophthalmology involved very poor customer service. The staff I interacted with were rude and unprofessional, which left me feeling dismissed rather than supported. Customer service should match the level of care patients expect from a medical institution.

All 6 staff that I interacted with were so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional! From the reception, to input & testing, exam & treatment and check out- the staff couldn't have done anything to improve my visit. Dr. Davis was amazing- she listened to my description of my eye issue. She then clearly explained three options for treatment and executed my choice with category and skill. I highly recommend Dr. Davis and the Cleveland Eye Center Avon and will return here for any future issues with my eyes.

Wonderful friendly staff. The assistance to Dr. Patel are patient and so kind. Dr. Patel takes time to study patients history and answer questions. I felt very comfortable with the care that I was given. Will highly recommend Northside. Thank you

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by one of the salespeople (Mayra) at the lenscrafters store in Menlo Park Mall, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Mayra was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. The experience was not only efficient but also enjoyable. I left the store with a great product and a smile on my face, thanks to their exceptional service. I highly recommend this store.

Dr. Ritu and her assistant were thorough completing the eye exam. They explained my options for contact lenses. Additional educational material was made available for me to make an adequate selection. They were friendly, professional and accommodating of my schedule.

Overall, a very good experience from checking in to leaving. Friendly people, thorough, I was taken on time, Dr. Braich asked questions and listened to me; asking good follow-up questions. The office space is very clean and inviting.

Was my first visit after my long time Dr retired. Staff made it easy and Dr was thorough. Could be a little less wait time but good experience overall.
