I went into the clinic on a referral before leaving Fargo to go to Cities for an appointment. I did not get the run around I received when I went to the Cities. I was told by other Drs. In Fargo that no one did the surgery I had to have in Fargo area. I think the Dr.s in Fargo should, know what other Drs. in the area are qualified in there expertise procedures. Before sending them out of the community to have a procedure done. I'm very pleased with my surgery and the staff. Dr. Bergstrom explained everything in detail what he was going to do before doing the procedure. I will recommend this clinic to whoever wants to know where to go.

I had the opportunity to visit with MDEyecare and was quite pleased with the service and how they expedited my appointment. I had what I perceived as an emergency eye issue and reached out to this company for the first time at approx. 3:45/4:00pm. The representative I spoke with was very pleasant and very patient with me. In fact, she didn't broach my call the intention of getting me in the next day, instead, she told me to come right in. I was so relieved and thankful as a first time patient. I was running late and called to determine the closing time and was told they were waiting for me. Upon arriving everyone was welcoming and the intake process was seamless. The doctor was very detailed and thorough and did a great job examining me, assessing my issue and providing instructions for post care. Dr Thom makes you feel like you’re family and tells it to you straight, no beating around bush. He is honest, helpful and really cares about his patients and how they are doing. He explains things extremely well and gives you the confidence of an experienced, thoughtful and supportive person.

Dr Anthony Mazzulla was very thorough and knowledgeable. He had a great personality and explained everything clearly and in detail. I felt I was in the hands of a competent and caring doctor. He told me the steps I could take to keep a check on my own eyesight. I would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to see him.

I cannot tell you how great this place is. The doctor worked with me even though I have not been taking care of my eyes. Her kindness and generosity was above and beyond what any eye doctor has ever done for me. I will not see any other doctor. Highly recommend this place.

Went in for my bi-annual checkup. The staff is very friendly, the wait was short, and Dr. Eiss is fantastic. She is very thorough, courteous and professional, and her explanations and recommendations are clear and understandable. Also, the technology is really neat and the images taken of my eyes were interesting to see (and Dr. Eiss was great again in explaining what I was looking at).

Had a bad experience here the first time, well at-least what I thought to be one. But I thought wrong, this is the best place you can possibly go to get your EyeCare needs... They call to check up on you after to make sure you are satisfied with the prescription. On top of that customer service is A1 and doctors are all very skilled. Will be Recommending this to my friends and family!

I had lense replacement on both eyes recently. They were able to get me scheduled quickly. The staff could not have been nicer or more professional. The process was seamless and now I have perfect vision. I highly recommend the Triad group for any of your eye care needs.
