They gave me undivided attention, provided me options, a made me feel valued . Maricela and Denison are very professional and I ended up canceling my order from another optical place and came back for a second pair. Will highly recommend this optical place yo family and friends.

The office staff is very rude they don’t care about children with disabilities. I took my daughter she is Autistic and I was told to go wait outside (in the hot sun) because she was causing disturbance. After I had disclosed she was Autistic and needed to be accommodated in a calm place. They simply said no. To wait outside. So sad. Very Dissatisfied. If you are someone with a Disability look elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Dr. Lee is an excellent doctor. I started going to him when he was at Lenscrafter and continued to use him when he opened up his own practice.

This will be the second time I have came to this nation vision location. And the whole team is amazing 👏. My Kids get excited every year we come to get there eyes checked.. Dr. Stephanie is amazing she really takes the time to check there eyes and listens to our concerns and explains everything to us. She has really help my 8 year old with his eyes.. She is honest and cares for her patients!! Thank You!!!

Dr Samuel Lee is great as is the Sacramento office. This office however is not great. They don't take medi cal here yet for who knows what reason I was scheduled here and now I get screwed out of yet another post op appointment since it's now "too long" all because someone couldn't be bothered to check insurance information while scheduling. Now I have to wait even longer to make sure my eyes aren't degrading further. Very cool.

The store itself is in a great location, good selection of more affordable glasses (with insurance), got them very quickly about 4 business days later. The problem was the staff. We went there 3 times and every staff member had the same attitude; we were inconveniencing them. One employee pointed to a box of wide frame glasses on a shelf and said "figure out what you're wanting" and walked off. Leaving us to pull out multiple boxes trying to find what she was talking about. Not a great way to treat people who are spending money in your store. We had to dig through cases, boxes and never got help. The glasses themselves come in the mail quickly and haven't had a problem there. They have great warranties but it was such a hassle. (Not to mention they keep mailing me try on frames over and over again)

First time for an eye exam and it went really good. The Doctor is very amiable and explain every procedure of my exam.

Something is not right about the prescription. I feel it is very wrong. Another odd thing is my daughter and I went to get our exams at the same time along with my son. I Tried on my daughter's glasses one day because I noticed she scratched them. I was trying to see how bad the scratch was...I was able to see perfectly fine out of her glasses...I have a gut feeling I was given the wrong prescription...I am going somewhere else next time....

Dr. Burke was very informative when explaining the results of eye exams. Kim was also very helpful when comparing different eyeglasses and will work with you on getting the most discounts. Overall, me and my wife enjoyed our experience at 4Sight ICare. Would recommend to all families alike.

Dr. Boris Kapelnik went above and beyond for my daughter. It’s wonderful to know that there are such great people in our neighborhood. The staff including but not limited to Oksana, is always wonderful in working with my family.
