Very comfortable atmosphere and the staff is amazing. For me, choosing eyewear is daunting, but Erin's enthusiasm is infectious. She made the process enjoyable and I ended up with two great looks.

Poor customer service. Lady who answered the phone was rude. I have my Aetna information, but did not have my eye Med info at the time of phone call so the they wouldn’t schedule my appointment. Idk if that’s due to her or the office policy, but any other Med office has been able to schedule me and let me call with the extra Info!! What if I didn’t have insurance then would she not be able to schedule me?! I won’t be calling back to schedule.

Dr. Murata and Murata Eyecare are absolutely wonderful. I've been a patient for 30+ years and Dr Murata and his team continue to provide exceptional medical care and unwavering customer service. The office visits are always welcoming, comprehensive and educational! I'm so impressed and grateful for all that they do! I highly recommend them for all your eyesore needs!

Dr. Parma is an excellent and thorough physician. His support staff are great as well as the front office staff I have interacted with. It has been a long wait to see him a few times, but the waiting room is packed. There are a lot of patients he has to see, so you have to be understanding about the wait time. When you see him, he will take care of you, and answer all your concerns. He values your time and is not going to rush you out the door.

Had a great experience with everyone today. I went in for my yearly eye exam and looked into getting contacts for the first time. I wished I asked everyone for their names so they can get the recognition they deserve. Everyone was supper patient and friendly with me. This customer service is the reason why I keep coming back.

To say the experience was disappointing is an understatement. I made an appointment for 12:30 - they did not ask for any insurance information prior to my appointment, when I arrived they stated my claim was not going through and called my insurance company - on speaker phone, with other patients in the waiting area - I waited 45 minutes before I was informed my insurance was not accepting their request; the entire time I sat there, they were taking other patients - I was not given option to pay cash for an examination and an hour later I was not able to accomplish anything. Usually a Dr will ask when you book the appointment what insurance you have to ensure they accept the plan - this didn’t happen here - disappointing and unorganized experience.

They are very helpful. Just take your prescription to them and they will assist in getting the glasses you feel confident and comfortable in A+

The receptionist Raelene is excellent. She helped me find my appointment after someone called me from another location to confirm it was at this location but it wasn’t. I was very pleased with her being able to fit me in and seen right away. I am going to start coming here. Raelene made my day better!!

We’ve had great service each time we’ve gone. Scheduled online, a large selection of times & dates, even for weekend availabilities. One stop when ordering glasses/contacts at Costco. Insurance coverage without submitting additional forms. Highly recommend.
