I’m sorely disappointed in the receptionist that answered the phone today, my family have been going to the facility for years always with a great experience! I simply called to ask for my copy of my eye prescription to be emailed to me, the receptionist stated their email is not working??? And have no idea when it will be fixed? I then asked to speak with the office manager, she stated she won’t be in until next week? I then asked to speak with someone in charge there, well not to my surprise she stated no on is? What is going on with this place? Unfortunately My family will not be going back how sad that I can’t get a simple document and due to COVID going in was not an option for me.

My experience was great. Francisca Garcia was very helpful. She help me find some really nice glasses. She was so nice and the whole is was really great. Looking forward to my new glasses.

Super convenient appointment times and no waiting around forever. Prices are reasonable even without insurance. Alissa is an absolute sweetheart and made the whole process easy.

Dr. Kramlich was very personable. The whole staff was very helpful. Easy process and friendly.

Dr. Airiani is one of the best. Inhave recommended her to friends and family and they are very satisfied. She is very nice and explains in words you understand. She does not rush you.

Dr. Alanis has been my optometrist for over 10 years now. He is the most understanding doctor. Any issues I may have with my glasses/ eye contacts he is willing to help find a solution. His knowledge is amazing & I appreciate him very much.

I have been seeing Dr Blum for several years now, and I must say he is pleasant and excellent as a person and as a Physician, furthermore the employees are helpful and very friendly, I have never encounter any rudness or any complains during all these years, I would give them all 5 stars.
