Terrible service. The customer service and the manager from the place are unable to set appointments on timely manner and treat the patients very rudely when the try to complain about it.

We had been going to Family Family Vision for a few years now and always had a great experience. My husband and I have been going here since 2016. Staff is always very courteous and Dr. Bhadra, was very attentive and knowledgeable. They also had a good selection of eye glasses inside. Excellent place, would definitely recommend. Great location for Alpharetta community.

The staff at this store is magnificent. They are always willing to assist, recommend and help the customers. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor is amazing. And always listens to the customer's needs in a way that I didn't see in some other optics. They are great 100% recommended!

Dr. Johnson was great! Super friendly and very thorough. I only came in because I needed new glasses after mine broke, and it had been a while since I’ve had my eyes checked. Other places couldn’t get me in, I was able to make a same day appointment here and I didn’t at all feel like they were rushing me in and out or anything. Absolutely everyone up front was also amazing!! 10/10 recommend.

This is my local eye doctor and I’m happy he is. In a bi-annual eye examination he uncovered I had “floaters”. After re-examination on several visits, the condition has stabilized. Dr. D’Amato is a very good doctor and I also appreciate his efficient staff as well.
