It was my first time going here, but Dr Brandon and Amanda were amazing! Friendly & make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Amanda helped me pick out glasses that were comfortable, and looked good on my face frame. Definitely recommend for your future eye care.

Patients can be seen by appointment only. Located on the ground floor of the Hoxworth building. You can expect the highest quality of care when you are seen in this department of UC Health. Waiting room is for both dermatology and opthalmology departments. There are times when your wait to be seen may be considerably longer than usual. Accepts most forms of medical insurance and has financial assistance for those who qualify.

I highly recommend Dr. Bryan Jones. He was professional, knowledgeable, caring and very pleasant. My eye exam was very thorough and Dr. Jones explained everything. I felt very confident that I was receiving the best eye care possible. He resolved my problem and I am extremely satisfied. The office is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The entire staff was accommodating and very pleasant.

There ok,I've been too worse,lady after i picked my glasses out was,well let's just say didn't seem too friendly but that's ok i just wanted my glasses lol

My two kids had their first-ever eye exams today and the doctor was fantastic with them! He put them at ease and made sure they had a good experience. He also helped us figure out the sties that my son has gotten for years. I’m hoping we might actually see improvement now, when before I thought this was just something we’d have to deal with for life. Highly recommended, great with kids, and thanks for being so awesome!

Dr Puzio is just amazing. It's not very often these days that you get someone who is willing to spend time with you and who is also REALLY good. Dr Puzio was so helpful, and figured out right away how to improve my previous prescriptions immensely. I was able to also order glasses and lenses through him. He is really the best!!! Highly recommend!

I don't usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience it is worth sharing. I have a small face, and wear progressive lenses, so it is always hard for me to pick out frames. I need something large enough to have enough surface area for distance and near vision, yet small enough not to overwhelm my face. The staff at LensCrafters understood my needs, and were very patient helping me pick out frames. I had three different staff members assist me. They were all very professional, kind, friendly and patient. They made my experience very pleasant. In the end, I found something I am very happy with. I will definitely be returning yo LensCrafters in the future!
