New to the neighborhood, I found this office online. At the time I was experiencing a serious ocular migraine. The office is small, comfortable and clean. The front desk staff is super friendly and professional. The doctor asked me lots of questions, gave me a thorough work up, and took the time to explain things to me. I most appreciated that the doctor sent me to my primary physician before prescribing me lenses to ensure that the migraine wasn't causing my prescription to be skewed. That gave me a sense of genuine care, rather than feeling like he was cashing in on my insurance.

My husband and I came to this optometry center so that we could both get our glasses and contacts for the end of the year. The staff here was very friendly and the appointment was timely. They had a very helpful young man that helped my husband and I pick out the style of glasses that will be wearing for the year, we really appreciate the professionalism from this location.

I have been happy with the customer service at Advanced Family Eyecare for several years. I have been trusting Dr. Joana Pantoja with my eye are for the last three years at the clinic. She is very thorough, friendly, and explains everything in a way that is very easy to understand. I recently underwent a fairly new cataract replacement procedure that she recommended, and it worked very well for me.

I love Dr. Mayer, I have been going to this office for over 10 years.

I’ll start this review by saying when I first came to this place last week, the energy was off. The black girl with glasses at the front desk is NOT friendly. I went straight to the reviews wondering if anyone else wrote about her and found that someone mentioned the same thing. I thought maybe she is not having a good day but I come back a week later and it’s the same attitude, same demeanor, same misery. Very unfriendly, doesn’t greet you when you walk in or say a simple “have a nice day” just straight to the point, borderline rude. When I said thank you before I left nobody said anything, not her nor the other young lady working there. So I stopped to say something about that but I just decided to bite my tongue because I know I can get disrespectful. I’m not sure if she brings her problems to work with her but she cannot hide the fact that she is miserable and unhappy. While waiting I couldn’t believe how she went on with her coworker about “oh they are so nice over there”. I wanted to suggest that she’d take notes but I didn’t want to be negative like her. Either find a new job if you don’t like this one or leave your problems at the door. She also wasn’t very kind to one of the elderly customers there and seemed to not want to help her. It’s clear she wasn’t raised right and whomever hired her needs to get THEIR eyes checked if they can’t see she shouldn’t be the first person in contact for a customer service position. From a person that comes from many years of customer service working as a banker and bartender, I would NEVER hire her. Her negative vibe/energy is written all over her face and body language. That is all :-). I will also add that everyone else is nice and friendly. Abby is very welcoming.

The entire staff with Dr Pasternak went above and beyond. The procedure was flawless/ painless. The end result with the new lenses were fantastic. Great experience.

Words can’t express the appreciation I have for the staff at Pearle vision on Lennox in Buckhead. Flight disruptions made us unable to go home between two separate weeks of travel. My 14-year-old daughter would have been without contact …

Dr W is a great find for anyone who needs to get their eyes checked and find glasses at reasonable costs.

She is thorough to examine your eyes and she tells whats going on your case. Hope you continue that way not like others they don't say anything. God be with you Dr. Guadalupe Rocha and thank you.

Dr. Ayres is the best! I had a traumatic cataract and a torn iris muscle which controls the pupil dilation. I needed the best surgeon to fix it as per my Ophthalmologist, she told me the Dr. Ayres was the best in the US.. Dr. Ayres is a very nice guy and did a great job..
