One of the best eye exams I have had. Dr. Cara Gilliland was very thorough with the exam and offered excellent tips and recommendations. The staff was very courteous and thorough as well, and made sure my glasses order and measurements were accurate. Overall excellent experience!

The staff was very courteous, pleasant and efficient. I was in and out of my exam, with frames picked out and lenses ordered, within an hour. In particular, Shana was very nice and helpful in assisting me in picking out frames that suited my needs (I have a very high prescription and am very nearsighted). After a coupon, this was also by far the most affordable trip to an eye doctor to get new lenses that I've ever experienced. 10/10, would recommend these folks

This was the worst service I’ve ever had. The commercial for 2 for $79 is what got me to go to the store. I had my exam and when the gentleman that was fitting me for glasses he was VERY DISRESPECTFUL and told me the glasses would be over $500. I asked for other options and he gave me no other options. He’s words “I don’t know what I can do for you”. Your employees need better training on customer service. It is very apparent it is about the money for the company and not for the customer. Returning customers will bring in more money than one time of being disrespected. I will keep anyone from going to the store to protect them from being treated as hateful as I was. PS Not your friend Gustavo Morales!!!!😡😡😡

I lost the screw to my eyeglass frames and walked in at the South Parkway location to ask if they could be fixed. The receptionist, Ms. Erin, jumped up and got right to work. My glasses had a hard-to-find screw, but Ms. Erin kept working to make sure my frames were usable. She was amazing and saved the day! Thank you, Ms. Erin and the team at America's Best!

I'm still recovering from the Dialating eye test but, the service was great by all office staff. I was very pleased that we were treated quickly but thoroughly and very satisfied by the selection of frames and the fine measurements taken on my focal point!. The eye exam was enlightening and when I get a chance will be back for further tests ! Thanks so much for your thorough service !!

I had an acute problem with several things doing on. When I explained my symptoms, the woman I spoke with made an app just a few hours from the time I called. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I feel the symptoms were addressed correctly. I felt at ease and important.

This practice is super efficient and the staff is very accommodating! I am confident in the doctor's knowledge and that of the staff. I go every year to have my regular exam and my retinopathy test. You can feel comfortable going here.

They tried to make the glasses right and sent them out to help remake the bifocal. Bifocals are still wrong and the frame fits weird. Discovered the right stem looked like it was broken when sent out to remake the lenses by the outside optical shop they contracted. Seems they tried to glue it back on. The difference is clear between left and right joints on the frame. Whoever polished the lenses, they now create a weird reflection and I can’t wear them while on the computer. Should have went to Costco.

This place was great. I went in with my prescription and they sat down with me and got everything taken care of. My glasses came in and Cassandra called me right away, due to her remembering I was leaving on vacation soon, great service and will continue to use them for my glasses!

Tina and Ruth provided extra support to help me. They gave yes/no suggestions to frames as I put them on and off and recommended the color, size, and shape. When the glasses arrived, the prescription was too strong, and Tina coordinated with the doctor to have my refractions compared before ordering a new pair. They give time and attention to customers to ensure postive results.

I had a concern about my left eye and was able to be seen by Dr. Collin’s on the same day I called, due to a short notice cancellation. The wait was minimal and Dr. Collins did a very thorough exam. Although her office did not accept my insurance, the charges were very reasonable. I went to her on a recommendation from a trusted friend, and I’m so glad I did! She's a very caring and pleasant professional, and I look forward to seeing her again for all of my and my family’s eye care needs.
