Dr. Chan and her office were amazing with my daughters. My girls were afraid of their first eye doctor appointment and the staff were so friendly and Dr. Chan was so engaging that they quickly got over their fears and had a great time! We were also very late to the appointment and they were understanding and fit both children in. What a great experience! We will definitely be back for eye exams in the future.

This location was super busy but Queenie made time for me. She was very knowledgeable about the inventory and steered me right to where I needed to make a decision on frames easy (among hundreds to choose from). She was also very knowledgeable about lenses, giving me good advice on how to choose. Lastly, she easily located my insurance info which wasn't easy because it's not a major plan. Great job!

My cataract pre care, surgery, and post care was outstanding. The Dr’s staff are all wonderful, friendly, and professional. Appointments are very prompt. Everything involved with Dr Pappas staff, facility, and his surgery procedures couldn’t be better. Very highly recommended.

Everyone in his office were very friendly and focused on their services prior to seeing the doctor. Once we saw the doctor he was very informative on both the diagnosis and prognosis going forward. Great experience.

I have been going here since I was a child and both the staff and Dr. Kim is absolutely awesome. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to, always ready to assist. Dr. Kim is friendly, explains things clearly, answers all of my questions thoroughly, and has my interests in mind.

Ellen, Lila and Neha are like the most sweetest and comforting staff you can come across. Very straightforward and efficient but with all the politeness a professional optometrist clinic can offer. Doctor Patel was as gracious as the three angels at the front reception desk. The process was quick and simple and the doctor was really nice and patient. It is so obvious that they handle a lot and have a lot to work with, but they do their best to handle the busywork and get their priorities taken care of. All in all I would recommend anyone and or everyone to come here in order have their eye care needs sorted out to their 100 % desire. Can’t thank them enough for being patient with me!😁

Went to see the Dr. Hoffman today and I'm surprised there are not better reviews. From initial greeting by Natalie to Dr. Hoffman EVERYONE was GREAT!!! My appt was at 130pm and I was called back approx. 2pm. The assistant/Student ,Dalton, was very thorough and nice made sure to ask questions so we could get down to root cause of my red and painful eye; after varies questions and looking into my eye he saw a small fiber. I then saw the Doctor who was very nice, honest, and relatable!! They got the fiber out , explained everything,and my eye feels better already. Definitely a hidden gem. Google Definitely did me justice this time!! Thanks

I got my glasses here in 2020 and had a great experience. Needed to adjust the prescription a few times, but they worked on it until everything was perfect. Fast forward three years, my glasses started to bend out of place after being in their case for so long. I went in expecting to pay to get them straightened and they did it for free + gave me a brand new case. Highly recommend!

Steve has the best glasses at the best prices!! He tells you if they look terrible. He helped me out with my students broken glasses multiple times. I have Tiffany, Prada, etc. I purchased from Steve. I love all the glasses I got from Steve. Make an appointment to get glasses.

Dr. Snodgrass is great. He is patient and caring. I have been going to him for for several years and recommend him highly!

This business in is my neighborhood! And thank God it is. I'm in and out of town frequently for work and I need my glasses. Ok so I got my exam there and selected frames in 2022. Beautiful experience. I have broken my frame handles several times ..first time took them back they repaired no charge. Second time.. just on Monday broke both handles.. my fault. Took them in on Monday got them back today ..Wed.. just in time to travel. New frames.. very inexpensive. Love Love Love them! Love you too Eye Site Duluth
