Efficient, professional and thorough staff. The staff was on time and each person I encountered knew their job well and were very courteous. Dr Evans took all the time needed to examine and discuss my results. Highly recommend this medical group.

Lens Crafters has been around for a while due to its great selection of quality frames. This location has a full service optometrist. You can’t beat the knowledgeable and customer oriented staff. Amber helped make my husbands selection easy and provided good advice on his prescription sunglasses. We left feeling satisfied with the purchase and will be back again. It’s obvious Amber has been doing this for a while. Their sale prices are exceptional. Check out their selection. You’ll be glad you did.

Dr. Patel was sharp and careful during the eye examination. She explained all the steps and its results. The staff took proper action to clean equipment before it was used on me. The office is of easy access. I appreciated very much that no one tried to sell me frames. They allowed me my time to walk around without being pushed to any decision. I highly recommend Eye Styles Alpharetta.

So I'm here on a Thursday and they are closed out of nowhere. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls unless you call a different Pearle Vision location and have them pass the message on. Leaving my review at 1 star until you mail me my glasses because I'm not wasting my time here ever again.

I was recommend here by a co-worker, and couldn't have had a better experience. Every staff member I dealt with was helpful, courteous and fun. I loved the selection of glasses, and love the pair I picked, and have gotten numerous compliments. I returned months later to get a prescription set of sun glasses, and had another fantastic experience. Each time the staff was attentive and I was in and out in no time. I have recommend this office to many people and will continue to return.

Dr. Brown and Judy are both so personable and knowledgeable. It's always a pleasure to visit them. Questions are always answered, sometimes before I even ask them. Green Mountain Vision Clinic is an excellent place to trust for the care of our eyes. Thanks to Dr. Brown and Judy.

I got my prescription and a pair of glasses from Costco about a year ago. My glasses broke and they discontinued the frame so I’ve been searching everywhere for a new frame i like. Found a frame i liked at Solano Eye Specialist. The price on the frames nearly doubled at check out (paid almost $400) but i was like “okay whatever i need glasses I’m tired of wearing contacts all the time.” Yesterday I got a call that my glasses were ready. So I went to Fairfield to get them (Granted I don’t live in Fairfield and I have a baby who hates car rides). I tried them on before I left but since I had contacts in, I figured that’s why I couldn’t see. So I took them home. When I got home, and turned on my phone camera to see how they look on me, I was shocked to see that it look like I was wearing two magnifying glasses on my face. I called the Fairfield office and spoke to a man who tried to tell me it was because I had such a strong prescription. I told him I have a broken pair from Costco with the exact same prescription that do not look like magnifying glasses. So he said to bring them both in the next day because they were closing. After we got off the phone I took out my contacts and tried on the glasses just to find out that they were 100% blurry. Completely wrong prescription. Today I took them to the Vacaville office because it’s closer to me and I showed the woman the glasses, my old broken glasses, and my prescription slip in hand. She looked up my information in the computer and found out that my prescription was entered in completely wrong. So now I have to wait while they remake the lenses with my correct prescription. After i pick up this pair, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to Solano Eye Specialist.

I called before I went to the bloomfield location today. RUDE on the phone. Once I arrived at.the office, I felt like I was disturbing a couple of ladies at the desk. I was picking up glasses and was going to leave a different pair to be done. Never left the second pair. It wasn't a pleasant experience.
