I had a great experience with all the staff in Adam C. Martin's office. They attended to me promptly with courtesy. I will recommend him to anyone.

The process is pretty standard but they are really bad at communicating and following up. One of my glasses failed an inspection test but I was never notified until I reached out asking what the status was, as it was a far after the deadline. After a month and three more false expectation dates, I asked what the procedure was on a possible cancellation if the next deadline was missed. Unsure, they told me they would get back to me after speaking to the doctor. When they called back they informed me my glasses had not been started and they cancelled the order before confirming with me. Four days later I was told to come get the refund. I understand that some things are out of their control but communication is not one of them. Be honest and diligent talking to customers. If you are not certain when a product will be ready, tell us rather than resorting to "they will be in next week." You're just kicking a can down the street and lying. Companies should be held to the same standard when it comes to owing your part of the transaction. Three deadline extensions is pretty bad service. I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate a customer giving three extensions to pay a bill and never doing so. This was a $500 order that was pending for over a month with little update. Also, make sure to keep your doors unlocked during business hours (4pm). Had to call to unlock.

Excellent eye doctor, especially for diabetic patients, but usually lengthy wait times and they charge $60 if you want your eyeglass prescription to purchase glasses online. The only way they do not charge is if you make it clear you are not going to use your prescription to buy any glasses online. They say this is to ensure quality of the glasses. Excellent doctor, but the wait can be extensive and glasses prescription charge is a bit annoying if you want to order from online glasses retailer.

Purchased glasses from this location over the phone. Item was shipped without nose peace and were disgusting. They didn’t even take the time to check or didn’t care. The glasses were shipped back to the store and they received them. Chanel told me that a refund would be issued in 2-5 business days. This was 9 days ago, totally unacceptable. Will be reaching out to corporate. Hopefully this store isn’t a reflection of the entire organization.

I had a great experience at the vision center today. I was helped by Michelle. She was extremely professional and listened carefully , answered all of my questions and figured out what would work best for me. I gave five stars because it is hard to find good customer service anymore and Michelle exceeded my expectations! She is a great representation of how we all would like to be treated and should be treated as Walmart customers.

Vanessa is wonderful and experienced in her field. Her and her team are fashionable and help pick best style that fits the personality of there clients. I have made multiple purchases throughout the years and will continue.

Absolutely great! Tony and Charlene have always been incredibly helpful every time I have been in. As a military retiree, I have been other places, and Vista Optical at Joint Base Charleston is simply a cut above all the rest.

Everyone at Lenscrafters is very friendly and helpful. Dr. M. Gianfrido is the best, and I feel very comfortable with her care of my eyes. She is very knowledgeable and spends quality time making sure that I am well taken care of. I have been seeing her for many years and trust her implicitly.
