The people on duty were friendly and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of eye glass frames to choose from. The optometrist was knowledgeable and patient: explaining all the details concerning my options. Inside is spacious. Roomy enough for wheel chairs to make the transfer. This is an outdoor mall: so there's plenty of parking, handicap accessible and good restaurants close by.

I had the best experience! Everyone was nice and friendly. I want to thank Andy for making it even better! I had never laughed so much while picking out new frames. I wanted to stick to the old frames that I had been holding on for 4 years in a row 😅 and he got me to change that and I loved it! I can’t wait for my new glasses. ♥️ Thank you Andy for making my experience ecstatic! 🙂

Dr. Turner and his staff were very professional and I had a wonderful experience. I had intended on going to the lasik institute but scheduled a consultation on a whim and ended up scheduling surgery with Dr. Turner for the next day. They didn’t try to “sell me” just made sure I had the knowledge needed in order to make an informed decision on what was best for me. After the consultation I knew that I didn’t need to go anywhere else. I was worried about pricing here in the Permian Basin but it was comparable to any other laser surgery center I’ve talked to. It has now been less that 24 hours since surgery and I can see better than I did with contacts in. Hands down easiest decision I’ve ever made. You will be in good hands with Dr. Turner.

It was such a pleasure to be in an office where everyone is professional, kind and just downright nice. What a great group, the doctor was awesome. I went in for a routine annual eye checkup. i pre-checked in the evening before so check in was quick and painless. I was called back at the scheduled time. A tech (?) did all of the preliminary tests. She was well trained, efficient and pleasant. I was then taken to a room while waiting for Dr Post. She completed the testing promptly. This was also a pleasant and professional interaction. I then went directly to eye glass sales area. I selected my new glasses and they were promptly ordered. This was also a painless process. I'll go back next year and repeat. I'd recommend Grene Vision to anyone looking for eye care.

The tech stated it would take 7 days for my glasses to come in. I started calling on day 7. Employee stated they were out for delivery and would be in today. I waited two days called back and was placed on hold for 14mins. I hung up and called back, the employee stated that it was busy and the glasses was in but I would have to wait until tomorrow. She was very unprofessional to say the least.

Got Lasek Eye Surgery and Dr. Trentacoste was amazing!!! He explained everything clearly to me and was very kind and respectful. The surgery went more than perfect and it was very affordable. I have recommended it to many friends and family members.

Everyone at Northeast Ohio Eye Surgeons was friendly and helpful. Dr Willett is wonderful. He explains everything so completely I didn't have any questions left to ask. I feel certain that I will have a good outcome with my upcoming surgeries.

Jennifer and Jean greeted me upon arrival. I was called back in no time at all. Dr. Rosenfeld was very welcoming and professional. Vince was so helpful when choosing my glasses. Overall great experience and I highly recommend them!
