I have mixed feelings about OCB. On one hand, I have a condition in which a flare up can be an emergency and they have accommodated my needs for urgent appointments. This is in response to the commenters who complained about wait times. There are several eye conditions in which you can go blind very quickly without urgent care. Pressuring doctors to cut quality of care to keep to their schedule can cause serious harm to urgent care patients. On the other hand, they have not accurately and completely put in the record my reporting of eyesight issues. For example, I told the technician I saw slanted parallel striped through the big E, and it was not put in my record. And, I have no confidence in the standard eye tests they use which give you unlimited time to guess letters through vision fog. There are other tests available, though not widely used. One other thing, they have apparently taught their administrators to withhold parts of medical records. When I asked for complete records to bring to another institution for a consult, they only gave me a portion of the records for only the last few appointments -- claiming they had no more. It took three more tries to get the complete records -- they had given me a blizzard of paper but withheld the most critical part of the record -- the results of the eye exams. Of note, doctors in general do not like giving out medical records. It makes them feel vulnerable. That is one reason HIPPA was passed -- to give patients the right to their records.

Dr. Jong and her staff are incredibly skilled and have been taking care of my vision care needs for years. Always professional, kind, and seeking the latest to assist with eye health.

The exam was 15 minutes, super nice doctor. My glasses arrived in 2 weeks and I saw perfect with them.

I had an appointment with Dr. Shannon Cox at his office and same day surgery with Dr. Cox at the Eye Surgery Center of Tulsa. I had read reviews beforehand that his staff and he were very good. I have to say my experience was better than very good. Every single staff person and Dr. Cox were knowledgeable, helpful, kind and made me feel I had come to the right place. I was confident after the consultation I had picked the right physician and after surgery I was even more convinced. Professionalism, and the ability to make you feel taken care of don’t often go together but with this team they do. The entire experience was excellent.

I have been going to Christina at LensCrafters Tucson Mall for close to 10 years. Regardless of insurance and prices I will keep coming back to her just for the great customer service, she always goes above and beyond and really takes the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. I'd be so lost without her great taste and efforts to ensure that I as a customer am always 100% satisfied with my purchases and experience. Shout out to Marcus also, you guys definitely make my visits memorable. I look forward to seeing you both when I come back to pick up my glasses and do a fitting.

Best optician in Brooklyn. Fast services. Once I walked in the receptionist robin welcome me with a smile and helped me set up my new appointment. Ray the doctor was so sweet she was patient with me and also gave me a new treatment for people with dry eyes. Absolutely love this place. Would definitely be back.

First visit and impressions: Intake experience could have been better. Medical staff were professional and thorough, especially a member named Victor. The Dr was empathetic, informative and as far as I can tell in this first visit, professionally knowledgeable. I do wish this office gave out a printed summary of the office visit and instructions as are executed by some other medical offices. Verbal instructions to patients are not best recalled accurately.

The optician working Tuesday was so professional and personable. I truly appreciated the time he spent with me. For him, I give 100% 5 stars. My glasses are set to be completed in 10 days. Time will tell about the overall quality. I’m hoping my glasses will be of the same high quality the service I received was.

The staff are very pleasant. I did not wait long. The visit was an overall good experience. I felt that I had a thorough eye exam and was satisfied with the contact lenses I was prescribed. Would definitely recommend!!
