I was pleasantly surprised by all levels of my interaction with this Vision Center. For comparison, I came from an out of state, small eye care center where I had seen the same optometrist my whole life. They were able to give me an appointment for the next day, they didn't have me wait to be seen after my appointment time, and everyone was very warm and friendly. Nobody was pushy about extra procedures, and were very honest about what would and wouldn't cost extra - and what would be covered by most insurance companies if I had any. I had a lot of questions for Dr. Bryan Thorsen, O.D. He made me feel very comfortable, and let me know every step of the way what he was looking for and gave me feedback on each test result. Before, I always went through silent exams where I didn't get any feedback and just got my prescription at the end. I would have to ask if it had even changed. This time my prescription seems far more accurate than it has in the past. He even re-checked my vision with my new contacts in, before my dilation drops kicked in, so I didn't feel like I was walking away with a "probable" well-fitting prescription. I went in wary of the low price, but fear not! The staff I worked with are amazing.

The care that Dr Everett provided me was above and beyond what I could have dreamed of having. She was honest, professional and understanding all the way from the beginning with my cornea injury through my cornea transplant. She saved my vision. I am grateful for her talent, skill and empathy! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They made the experience of picking out new glasses a lot easier process. I don't think they have the lowest prices but I can always count on them to make my glasses correctly

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Angela Bevels and Elite Dry Eye Spa. I have suffered from dry eye and meiomian gland dysfunction for years. When I found Dr. Bevels (through a chance internet search), I decided to give her a try. Great decision on my part. Dr. Bevels was incredibly thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all my questions without ever making me feeling rushed. She ran some extremely detailed tests to see what my specific problems were, then offered a treatment plan with procedures that began immediately at my first appointment. I felt so much better when I left her office and I have confidence Dr. Bevels will keep my dry eye in check from here on out. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

Dr. Chiang is the ultimate professional and sensitive to the needs of her patients. Somewhat "squeamish" with anyone (including myself!) near my eyes, she is aware, asking prior to testing, thoroughly explaining the why's and the importance of the procedure. She then let's me decide whether I'm able to move forward. My previous OD gave "promise" she wouldn't proceed - but did anyway with the element of surprise. Perhaps she thought I'd get over my fear but it only made my phobia worse. She's no longer with that practice. It's rare for any office to provide a cell # which I have always received a prompt response. Her office - adjacent to Costco optical, allows easy access with exceptional prices with many insurance plans accepted. Any issues with an RX are a simple call next door. For anyone seeking a change in an OD with a professional, kind demeanor, Dr. Chiang and staff should be considered. I highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Sheets for an eye exam. They are thorough and very friendly. They have technology that allowed Dr. Sheets to see some drusen (indicating the possibility of Macular Degeneration) at the back of my eye. I am very thankful to the Doctor and staff for their professionalism and their dedication to their patients.

I called and scheduled appt I specifically asked if u took my insurance and was told yes so I came for my appt and after was told u took no insurance and was even charged an extra fee for a picture of my eye and was not explained about this before it was done. I definitely would not go back! .Waverly Marcum

Technicians handled all the testing. The data was presented to Dr Walsman. He spent a good 20 minutes explaining the results and proceeded to discuss the options for dealing with my issues. Couldn't be better! Since my first post, I've had two surgeries to implant new lenses in my eyes. Again, the staff at the Prism surgery center was exemplary, and all follow up visits were done with proper care

The best place to get your eyecare needs. Brett, is very knowledgeable and professional. Greatest selection of eyeglasses and all of your eyecare needs. I've been to other Walmart vision centers and would travel to this location from anywhere. All the other vision centers cannot compare to this location. Why are you going anywhere else? Get on over to this location and you won't be disappointed. Ask for Brett and he'll take care of you.

Id rate 0 stars if I could. They were absolutely horrible. Worst experience ever. I don't want to go back. They didn't seem informative. They did it so quick I didn't really have time for questions. When I tried to mention something it seemed like I was bothering them. They staff seem like they hate their job & it shows. They didn't explain things to me. Just did it. When I tried to understand they just rushed. They didn't tell me they were going to dislate me till after they did it. They just said, "Im going to put drops in your eyes" not informing me it was dilation till my eyes kinda were getting weird and I had to ask what was going on. Only after I said something they told me they dilated. Rude staff. There was only one nice staff member. But all she did was take my BP. The rest were rude. Never will go back or recommend.
