Tried to contact both of his offices for several days and no one would answer or call me back. When I received a call Tuesday, 6 days after my first time leaving a message, the receptionist was actually having a full conversation as I answered and I had to wait a minute for her to finish talking to even find out who was calling me. Extremely unprofessional.

I came here and purchased some glasses from this place. I had the glasses 2 .5 weeks or 3 and they are broken already. I am very upset about this mess. Every time I go to Walmart this never happened. Thanks to my sister telling me about tExact eye care. Gonna fuss at her too.

The staff was extremely courteous and patient with me! They answered all my questions, made me feel welcomed, and not rushed. We tried one prescription of contacts, but decided they may have been too powerful, so the doctor had me try a lesser one. Rather than send me out with the stronger pair he took the time to ensure my prescription would be a good fit. The guest service up front, again, were fantastic! I’m a college student and they understood and took that into consideration when setting me up. I will be back forever and always!

I been coming to Dr. Van Wie for about 18 years now. She is the only one I trust with my vision. She’s absolutely amazing!!

I am pleased to have been attended by Nina Masi OD, she was very thorough and took her time with my eye exam. She answered all my concerns, the wait time was less then 10 minutes, will definitely be doing my follow ups with her.

Fantastic experience. Got walked through each test, as well as well as being walked through my insurance coverage and recommendations on lenses. Highly efficient process- booked online for the next day, appointment started on time, and each test was performed like clockwork. Never felt rushed or pressured into a sale. Also Dr White may be the nicest optician I have ever had. She helped explain each test, offered great advice, and made the entire experience pleasant. Highly recommended!

I have been a loyal customer coming here over 15 years. I have spent thousands on glasses, eye exams, contacts, etc. for myself and both of my children. Quality and service has been going downhill for a long time but sadly today was my very last straw... I purchased a pair of Tiffany glasses 11/21, the sales lady talked me I to buying all the bells and whistles (thinnest lens, blue light filter, scratch protection, etc.) I did not buy the insurance because it does not cover anything so it's a waste of money especially because I come here every year for a new RX and new glasses anyway. I even bought the insurance for my son's glasses and they refused to fix or replace the kid's Oakley rubber earpiece that got broken even within the warranty so (I let that go and STILL came back as a loyal customer later for him a new pair and myself a new pair.) So a few months into my current pair of glasses, I noticed a weird spot on my lens that wouldn't come off no matter how hard I tried to get it off and I've seen these annoying spots before on another pair of glasses from here and as I was being fitted for my current pair of glasses, the male eye doctor with the white lab coat (can't remember his name, with gray hair and thick black glasses) went and cleaned my old pair off in the back and got all the strange spots out, they looked brand new! I thanked him as I didn't know that was even possible and I didn't even ask him to do that, he just did. I went today hoping they would do the same for me since I paid for "scratch resistant" lens that are supposed to come with "unlimited cleaning and adjustments." The woman at the register basically called me a liar and said there's no one that works there that can do that without replacing the whole lens. She also mentioned she doesn't normally work at store when complaining about the slow computer so I don't know if it was just lack of education or refusing to help but either way, I guess I will be finding another eye doctor. Loyalty means nothing here. Sad thing is I used to also tell everyone I know how great this location was.

Dr. McNulty is an awesome optometrist -- several of our family members go to him and he's an excellent doctor. A few years ago, he recognized that I had a condition that was something his office couldn't treat and referred me to an ophthalmologist, which I greatly appreciated.

Dr Emslie was wonderful. He is makes you feel very comfortable and explains all his knowledge while going over your full eye exam. I have never had such a detailed eye doctor who is so personable and I will keep coming back to this location and doctor. The girls working were also extremely helpful and nice.
