Why 5? Because I walk in there with a positive attitude and was treated with a positive reaction. I of course did my home work prior to selecting them, and that help move things along by knowing such things as; what style glasses I wanted, and what my vision issues were. I had a good time! As a retired person, I try to make the working person's enjoy their day. Add on: Recieved both pair of glasses in 7 days and the were perfect!

I highly recommend Dr Goel. I picked him to do my SMILE surgery after looking through doctors in DMV and in Houston. He ranked top and priced reasonably. All the staff are professional and nice. Dr Goel is very nice and gentle. I was very nervous about this surgery but it turns out to be easy and I recovered very quickly. Life is much clear now.

Nadia is rude and dismissive of patient concerns.

I had an appointment with Dr. Heaney a couple of weeks ago which went great. Today I went back to get my contacts and Miranda helped me. There was a rude customer (basically a Karen) expecting Miranda’s attention immediately and I wouldn’t have mind if she helped the other lady before me but Miranda insisted that she’d attend to me first. I really appreciated the service and attention that Miranda gave. She was very professional with assisting me and handled the situation with the “Karen” really well.

Everyone is so kind, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They were so great with my 10 year old daughter. She felt very comfortable and at ease. She even expressed how the lovely lady who did her eye tests was so entertaining to talk to. She was so sweet with my daughter! Dr. Bressler took the time to explain things to me AND my daughter. The wonderful woman who helped us while picking out frames was so patient with my daughter even though I felt like my daughter was taking a long time. We did not feel rushed at all and even when my daughter changed her mind about the frames she had already chosen, the wonderful woman was still so kind and gracious with us. I highly recommend this place and their amazing staff!

I have purchased several frames from the South Coast Store. The quality and customer service are top notch. The few issues I have had over the last few years were handled professionally and promptly. Josh did an excellent job helping me find the right frames on my most recent visit.

Had PRK surgery about a month ago and still healing Dr. Vale was there for me 100% to answer my questions. So was the lovely and intelligent staff 🤍 one of them she specifically made sure I got my post surgery meds despite external set backs! If I could give 6 stars I would, because I'm healing pretty nicely.😄 …

The Doctor was thorough and efficient with time shared for questions. Very professional and caring along with staying in the human element.

Dr Kelly is great, just DO NOT reschedule, or you'll face the wrath of his receptionist!
