Dr. Yu is truly a professional. Really thorough and kind thru my whole eye exam and gave me the best treatment possible. Her staff is really kind and prof as well. Highly recommended!

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Ponder and her entire wonderful staff. Dr Ponder is thorough, precise, and engaging. Somehow she magically balances answering all questions and spending time with patients with never keeping a patient waiting beyond their scheduled appointment time. The long term staff are friendly and quick to resolve any questions. There is not a better optometrist office in Dallas, period.

Optometrist is great, but the rest of the staff are questionable. Ordered my prescription glasses on 11/5, was told may take up to two weeks which is fine. Two weeks later no call nothing so I call to find out they’ve been sitting there since the 14th. Whoever answered said I wasn’t the first to have this issue. Common sense would dictate if several people never received the automated text that maybe you should pick up a phone and find out why someone that paid 400 dollars would wait so long to pick up their order, not just let them sit there for over a week.

The office staff and Dr. Blanco were great. First visit and was having issues with my prescription from earlier this year. They all listened to my history, issues and thoughts and helped get to a resolution. Not at all rushed and felt very personable and through.

I had the pleasure yesterday of going to the Las Vegas Eye Center. What a great experience! Dr. Vincent Sorgentoni did my exam and sat down and explained my results, even though all was normal. He was very re-assuring regarding eventual cataracts surgery and explained the entire procedure to me. Dr. Sorgentoni also educated me on how my overall health affects my eyes. I left very motivated to work even harder at continuing my healthy habits and life style. He also recommended a great book on longevitity which I purchased yesterday. I purchased some new glasses and left feeling very energized by all the positive energy in this office. All the employees were very polite and helpful. This was my first visit. My previous eye doctor passed away and I have been a patient of hers since 2006. I was nervous about a new doctor, but when I met all the wonderful people and the knowledgable doctor I was immediately sure I am in the right office. Very clean and very friendly staff. Dr. Shukairy is very sweet and professional. I really like this office. Been coming here for about 4 yrs now.

What an amazing practice! I needed to get in to see an ophthalmologist ASAP and I called here and was able to get in right away as a new patient. Each staff member I encountered, from the Receptionist and Front Desk team to the Assistants and Doctor, were so welcoming and caring. The Doctor was extremely professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable and compassionate. The office space itself is updated, beautiful and super clean. I'd definitely recommend this practice and will bring my family there as well.

Dr White is a very friendly and thorough doctor. Parking is a little cramped, but very doable. The waiting room is pleasant and there's plenty to read while you are waiting although I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes! During your exam he'll explain everything he's doing and does a great job in examining your eyes. Has a wide variety of frames to chose from too. Overall a very nice experience.

First, after asking if I want the dilating drops and I answered " No, bc I'm driving" they did anyway. Second, they told me that I didn't need to wear my glasses I already had for over a year, due to headaches and not being able to SEE far away, yea tried that!!! Not good advice!! Then because they charged insurance my husband and I didn't have for over two years, we both received bills for over $135, after speaking with billing and telling me they would fix the mistake, I then received two letters from an attorney!!!! Yep I'm being sued for THEM billing the wrong insurance and for a petty $155 plus my husbands $135!!! A year later they have the nerve to send a letter saying "we owe $25" for an appointment we didn't know we had, and to waive the $25 we needed to make an appointment!! Why on earth would we EVER go back?? And really??? $25???

I had a great experience at this ophthalmologist's office when I brought my son for his appointment. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The doctor (Dr.Bach) is truly amazing; he takes his time to see each patient thoroughly. The only downside was the wait time, as it felt like they scheduled everyone at the same time, resulting in a crowded waiting area. Despite that, I wholeheartedly recommend this office primarily because of the outstanding care provided by the doctor.
