I have been seeing Dr. Dacey going on 11 years now. I also found out that he is one out of three in the state of Colorado that deals with my eye condition. I consider Dr. Dacey a blessing. He is a very honest, thorough and up-to-date on everything possible when it comes to your eye care and if he’s not sure he will get you the answer right away. His staff are also very professional, kind and courteous. When I go every 28 days I feel like I’m meeting up with friends.

Pearle Vision
Loyal customer of Pearl vision. My glasses broke so went to to try and get new lenses. They quoted me at $685 for just lenses as their starting price, I decide that was way to much. Shopped other local vision places and no one even came close to $685. I walked away from another store with frames and lenses for around $300. All other places were comparable to what I ended up paying. Shame on Pearl Vision for trying to take advantage of their customers. I will never shop there again.

MyEyeDr.
This was about the best experience I've had getting new glasses. The staff were amazing, especially Amber. Her sweet spirit and bedside manner were matched only by her knowledge and professionalism. I was never in the dark about procedures as she vocally walked me through the said procedures. Her kindness and sense of humor directly put me at ease. I can assuredly state MyEyeDoctor has earned a customer and friend 4 life and I will share this experience with others. 10 out of 5 stars!

We scheduled our appointment ~4 months in advance. Two weeks before our appointment, we received a phone call canceling our appointment and rebooking for ~3 months after our scheduled appointment. We had booked flights and made plans around our appointment only to be told the doctor had a conference to attend and was not available during our scheduled appointment. Two weeks notice before the appointment. This practice is mismanaged; we will not be seeing a doctor who cares so little about her patients. I wouldn’t waste your time with this doctor.

Dr. Borgnini was excellent with my 8 year old! She took her time to explain to him everything she was doing! The techs are great too! Very accommodating to children. The front desk ladies got me checked in pretty quickly as well! Great eyecare!

Staff was helpful and nice enough. I’ve bought frames from them in the past, and they were great. PD, or pupillary distance, was missing from my prescription, similar to most optometrist prescriptions nowadays. There are plenty of places online to print a PD ruler for free. I had no issues with this. Worked just fine. I needed a prescription for specialized prescription protective safety glasses in the shop that you would not find inside a store like this. They should. I think they may be surprised at how many people need things like this.

Very rude staff, manager is a monster. She wouldn’t leave a message for a doctor I was seeing at the clinic. The manager refused to tell me her name but it starts with a B.
Just thought I would let others know in case this happened to someone else.

Refuses to reissue two $30 checks that they were over paid by the insurance because I did not cash the checks within 60 days because of knee surgery and recovery.
After an overpayment, I was sent two checks in the amount of $30 each. (Both which I still have copies of). Because of knee surgery and recovery I did not receive my mail in time to cash these checks within the 60 days printed on the checks and my name was spelled wrong. So, I took the checks back after I called and explained the issue. I was told these could be reissued and that I needed to just bring them in. I did also mention that my name was spelled wrong. After taking the checks to the Baird on Knoxville I took back the checks along with the stub. I was told to leave and the checks will be reissued. I contacted them three weeks later. I was told by a lady who was extremely rude to me it was their policy not to reissue checks if they were over 60 days. I was told I would not getting the money that they were over paid. It was their policy and there was nothing they could do. $60 dollars has removed me as a customer. I had spent more than $700 cash but $60 could not be returned. People like this who knowingly keep/steal money after they have been paid are terrible and it shows unfair business practices. The person I talked with was extremely rude and told me that it was policy to not reissue and that I had lied about someone telling me I would be getting a new check. Of course they would say this to cover them selves. How many other customers have they knowingly kept their money. Never again!
Every Review metters. See what people say about clinics.
