They make it so easy to make an appointment and to find the right pair of eyeglasses. They take into consideration your face shape and style, and help pick up the cutest frames. I just recently had my second annual visit with them and … More

They sent me to a surgeon who has to many patients. Everytime I go for a followup which is every two weeks. The doctor then states you can stop taking your eyedrops and you can wash your hair now. The problem is he states that same thing everytime I visit him. Apparently he doesnt really keep up with what's going on with his patients. There is a 2 and 3 hours wait to see him for 5 minutes to tell me the same thing over and over again. His first surgery failed and the second surgery I still cant see. Before the surgeries I was fine. Its the doctors at Lens crafters who stated he was the best. If thats the case then why did his surgery fail and why cant I still see. I called this office and they also have no clue. Rhonda makes excuses for the surgeon I was refered to. If your a patient at this practice I would not allow them to refer you to surgeons. Your eyesight is one if the most important gifts we are given. Now this practice has taken that from me. All my doctors keep telling me why would you go to Lens Crafters to get your eyeglasses. I don't purchase from them anymore. Every pair of glasses I've ever purchased at Lens crafters the coating came off. I paid twice as much then any other pair of glasses. I always thought the doctors at Dr. REIDS were excellent but after sending me to Woolfson I dont feel they make the right choices for there patients. I also noticed the assistants rush through the eye exam and I've had to retake test that had already been given. They act like they hate there jobs. Well put yourself in your patients situation before you give poor service. I really truly think they dont care. Its just a job and not there eyesight. I do belive in Karma and we all get older everyday. Eyesight changes as we age.

Impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff- medical and reception personnel. The Doctor was informative as he reviewed test findings with me during the examination/evaluation as it occurred.

I walked in on a random Wednesday without an appointment and was greeted by Karen and Aimee. Despite not having an appointment, they picked out several frames for me to try on. I really liked two of the frames and Karen squeezed in a quick consultation in between appointments for me to try them out. I asked Karen to hold the frames and came back a week later with my prescription. My order was filled out immediately and 2 weeks later I got an email and received both pairs of glasses. Aimee spent 20 minutes adjusting the glasses to my face exactly and this is the first time my glasses have not slipped off my nose since I first wore glasses. I really enjoyed the service here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new pair of glasses!

Professional, pleasant, efficient. Dr. Bryce took the time to explain my diagnosis and answered all my questions & concerns. Went beyond and above with post-visit treatments. Highly recommended.

Very personable doctor who does a good job. Just be very thorough in getting the scoop on billing. I asked the staff and doctor multiple times about my medicare being sufficient for coverage and months later got a bill. Most docs write off anything left from Medicare. So just verify with billing that you're covered first.

Dr. Sperry was extremely thorough. He explained everything. Beyond the eye exam, he continued on to my use of the glasses I am getting to make sure that the lens, frame, set up, etc. meets my needs. Five stars! - Mark Tippett
