DR. FRAUD! Cory Thies will make you feel like you're being examined by a used car salesman and then will fraudulently bill you for tests that you decline. I'm in a 15 month nightmare trying to get "refraction" tests which I declined and that were never performed removed from my invoice. I was told by the doctor I would have to pay out of pocket for these extra tests to "get a better look" and that insurance wouldn't cover it so I declined but then they still billed my insurance and then have been trying to collect from me ever since. I have spoken with members of this staff monthly since May 2022 and have been told it will be resolved only to have unrevised invoices resent the following month. Last night his staff left a voicemail threatening legal action at 4:58 when they knew a call couldn't be returned. My family all transferred to Costco this year and loved it. The "refraction" test is included for free there and the doctor is great. Definitely avoid this circus and go to Costco.

My daughter started going to Clarkson eye care when Dr Gottlieb and his old staff was there and you always got exceptional service, my daughter lives in California but makes a yearly trip here to get her eyes checked at Clarkson eye care because of her eye condition.She was here this August for her yearly check and as of today October 3rd, I haven't been able get any information on the status of my daughter's contact. I have called the office several times and everytime you call someone tells you they will call you back but never does, or you get put on hold and they never come back to talk to you. This is the first time I've experienced this at this practice and I'm angry and sad at the same time because my daughter really needs her contacts to see and I wish someone will be caring enough to let me know what is going on. We've ordered these contacts so many times and even during the covid period it never took this long.

My husband and I visited Lesnick Optical recently for the first time. We were very impressed with everything. Dr. Scheinker is very competent and the entire staff was friendly and very professional. We are extremely pleased with our new glasses.

Great selection of eyeglasses with the family atmosphere. I love my new glasses. Shelly was helpful at selecting what would look good on me and I have received so many compliments. Shelly offered high definition licenses which were more than what I usually have purchased but I am amazed at how well I can see now. Thanks again we will be back!

Dr Blink was knowledgeable about the past exams and confirmed with questions his findings with me to be same as 1.5 years ago. Very thorough and efficient while explaining what he was doing during exam thank you.

Wish I would have read the reviews before going. Awful service. Given a prescription for contacts that they could not get in. Office manager blamed it on the manufacturer of the contacts. Then maybe don’t prescribe contacts that aren’t made. Given samples of contacts that were not the right prescription. The right prescription is pretty important. I had taken my kids there and it was fine but they did an awful job with me. I am looking elsewhere.

The ladies in the office are exceptionally nice and friendly. If you ask questions about your eyewear or billing , they were very helpful in making decisions. The doctor that does your eye exam is also easy to talk too. In all, Union Optical is definitely the place to go for your eyes ! Thank you all for a pleasant visit ! " See" you soon .

I have been a patient here since I got glasses in 2nd grade and Ive never dreaded going to the eye doctor! The whole staff is super nice. Monique is very patient and helpful with choosing eye glasses and they have a wide variety of frames in-store. There's never a long wait to get called in to the room and the doc is quick but efficient. I had to leave for a few years when I turned 26 after coming off my parents insurance because they didnt accept state insurance and but NOW THEY ACCEPT STATE HEALTH INSURANCE and I am so happy I was able to come back! If your looking for a new eye doctor Eyes on Cranston or Eyes on Lincoln will not dissapoint.
