My husband had an appointment here. The staff, front & back office, were very friendly and welcoming. The doctor was professional & explained everything clearly. We did not have to wait long and the appointment moved along smoothly. Overall, a good experience.

I take these reviews SERIOUS and I also realize much is written based on personal preference, likes, dislikes, etc. which could include the mood the writer was in. (Wink, wink) I ALSO understand you can't please everybody and in this day people feel entitled to thosebin the service industry doing whatever they want, when they want it and how they want it even if it's against all rules, policies, etc, and even if they are foolish and in error. When I read the initial reviews (good & bad) I was a bit anxious, but still made the appointment based on a reference from my church member. Upon arrival, and I was about 4 minutes late b/c I went across the street and was a bit turned around, the young ladies at the front desk were very kind and we hee, hee'd and ha-ha'ed and I was really comfortable and didn't feel as though they didn't want to be of assistance or agitated with me when I told them I'd been lost. I went over to look at frames while waiting and the young man was super nice, very helpful, made great suggestions and answered any questions I had. When I was called back to start my visit the technician was so freaking amazing....i love her! And really tried to remember her name, but I told her I want to see her every time I come there. Dr. V was calm, attentive, listened well, & provided indepth information that revealed her knowledge of her craft. We giggled when she said now listen I love wearing eye shadows too, but you are gonna have to shake your eye shadow brush before you apply your shadow because your eye balls are covered in eye shadow. 😂 She in her sweet tone said it's everywhere!!!! She also answered all my follow up questions and didn't seem rushed to dismiss me. She reminds me of a really sweet young lady who just happens to be a really good optamoligist. I'm so grateful I didn't allow the negative comments to sway me. Even still, I'm certain my pleasant disposition played a part in the good service I received. The overall experience was quick, thorough and if gladly return.

Upon entering the store we were greeted very politely and all the staff were very professional and friendly. The doctor was also very professional and took the time to explain everything. I was finally helped by the associate in selecting my frames in closing the whole experience was outstanding thank you.

Went for my first visit this past week. Was very impressed with how knowledgeable and how easy Dr. Hayden was to talk to about my chronic dry eyes. His office staff were also very kind and made me feel at ease during my office visit.

Excellent Ophtomologist. Dr Brimhall staff accommodated my emergency and got me to see him quickly. He quickly diagnosed my eye shingle problem and prescribed the right medicine to help resolve my malady. I highly recommend Dr Brimhall he also has excellent human skills dealing with patients. He also speak fluid mandarin.

Horrible service. My father came to this doctor and was told to pay $200 WHEN HE HAS INSURANCE and the insurance covers it. The receptionists aren’t probably trained clearly when they are making a patient pay even though they HAVE INSURANCE THAT VOCERD THE VISIT.
