They give you an appointment very fast and they’re so nice

Had an appointment for11:00 for my husband. We arrived at 10:30 and were checked in by Robert. We waited 2 hours I went to check was told Dr Riaz had an unexpected surgery and he was running behind. Waited another hour went back and checked again and the girl then checked my husband’s name and was told he had never been checked in. Told them we were leaving and would reschedule or find someone else. Went to the original desk where we originally checked in. Robert said he did check him in. A really nice girl, Alonjah finally was very kind, caring, and apologetic. She deserves 10 stars. She scheduled a new appointment and was the only person we dealt with who seemed to care. We even talked to the Manager at the other desk. She was worthless. What a horrible experience and waste of four hours counting our travel time. My husband is 81 years old and did not deserve this treatment. Dr Riaz is wonderful but Dean McGee needs to hire some new staff and teach them about customer service.

Been coming here since I was a child. Even traveled from out of state just to come see the doctor and the staff.

Can’t say enough about Dr. Raghu and the Brentwood office! Professional and very caring. Dr. Raghu listens and explains everything thoroughly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. My cataract surgeries were flawless and the entire process was amazing.

Clyde is incredible, committed and compassionate in what is clearly a world class very busy clinic! Thank you for getting my husband in for his urgent uveitis needs!

Not the best I’m not satisfied with my prescription glasses. They ruined my brand new frames I brought into their office for lenses as a walk in patient. They stretched my glasses out so badly they slide right off my face. My prescription is slightly off and is blurry when I look down at my keyboard. I took them back two different times to try to fix the stretched issue. Both attempts weren’t successful. I wouldn’t recommend dr Kim’s office.

My husband was referred to Dr. Dhaliwal after his stroke. We have been very pleased and confident in her knowledge and treatment. The staff, Lisa and Maddy, have always been super friendly and helpful! We would highly recommend them.

Dr. Lee is amazing. He is so nice, he didn’t rush and answered every single one of my questions.
