Everything about my MANY trips to Dr. Sudekum's office has been exceptional! Best doctor/surgeon I've ever seen! Do your research, he's highly accredited and an amazing cornea transplant surgeon!! I wouldn't trust my eye surgeries to anyone else!

Dr. Inning Chen is a wonderful Optometrist, she is knowledgeable and expeditious in a positive way. I’ve been coming to this practice since I was 12, and Dr. Winston chose a great person to continue in the practice after his retirement. ◡̈

I called for an appointment the day before and was told by the receptionist to walk-in the next day at 3PM. The next day, I arrived and I handed over my ID and insurance card. I didn’t wait long and was soon being examined by Dr. T. He was friendly and was genuinely curious about my life and well-being. I felt comfortable and safe. He was thorough and the exam was finished in about 30 minutes. The next step was billing. They couldn’t find my insurance, so they were ready to bill me 100% out of pocket. LUCKILY, Mayra Alvarez, the office manager was there and she said that she would try to find my insurance information. She was a huge help and I had a sigh of relief!!! Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this business. I was there for two hours, but if I had all my paperwork in order, it would have been more swift! Great team I encountered!

I was referred to this place by a friend that recommended Wayne as an optician. Wayne was great. To get my glasses was another thing. My first pair of glasses were not only late in getting to me, they were the wrong lenses...the staff had screwed up the order and the lenses were made wrong. To resolve and expedite the issue, I offered to buy another set of frames, just like I'd just spent $800 on and have new lenses (made correctly this time) and I would eat the wrongly made glasses and just keep them as spares. Two months later now and still no glasses. I have been lied to and gaslighted now by Wayne's staff more times than I can count. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Wayne needs a new staff or to move on from this group of incompetent nincompoops or suffer the loss of more customers and tarnishing his own reputation. This place is a complete joke. This is the first experience I've ever had anywhere that the entire staff are made up of pathological liars. Usually it's just one knucklehead...

What an amazing experience! This place has everything you could want from a staple to statement piece. James helped me dial in what suits me best and was great to work wi the. Highly recommend booking an appointment with him!

I couldn't get a contact out of my eye. They got me in quickly and were very kind and helpful. I was so very relieved and in a much better mood than when I arrived.

I have been coming here since it opened. Not much has changed. They are very good at what they do. Eye exams are very professional and the Dr. takes her time with you. The only issue I have is that they take a long time to get contacts or glasses filled.

I’ve been going to this place I want to say for three years and never had any trouble.the staff are very nice and helpful. They make sure I’m well taken care of and ask if I need anything else when I’m there. Ashley with the short blonde hair is the best!

At my appointment on Tuesday, everyone was friendly and professional -- as usual. Sarah, who did eye pressure, etc. was especially kind and skilled. A real blessing for those of us with sensitive eyes.
