The staff at this America's Best location are unbelievably friendly. When I got a new prescription they spent a long time going over all of the different options and prices for different types of bifocals. Tonight I can barely express my gratitude for the way they went above and beyond to help me get safe eclipse viewing glasses for my family. I called right before closing time after trying 8 other stores without any luck and they made sure I would still be taken care of. As a husband and father, to have community partners like America's Best in this neighborhood is an absolute godsend. It is such a comfort to know that other people are nearby who will go out of their way to help look after my family. Thank you!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Never in my life has a doctors office been so rude to me. I was in the ER Monday and was told I needed to get my eye drained. I was referred here and I regret reaching out because they royally wasted my time lol. The secretary was an airhead & forgot she was on the phone with me when I called and started asking the same questions again. I told her I was still the same person as before and she just carried on. I’m wondering if she was just high because that would make sense then. I was told it would be $160 to get my eye drained so I agreed. I show up & the place is FILTHY, how are they doing any health work in an environment like that. Doctor Khan calls me in and is INSTANTLY rude to me. “You need to give me $160 right now if you want to talk to me” Excuse me? Lol what doctors ever do this! You usually pay after everything right? So, I wanted to know what this was going towards because I need to get my eye drained. He was SO rude and said he doesn’t know why I am there, wouldn’t even explain fully what the $160 is going towards. I’m sorry but you don’t get to force people to pay for something they don’t know where it’s going. You don’t get to talk to people that way. If y’all have inadequate workers and don’t know how to communicate then sort it out. This wasn’t on the patients fault. Likewise, pretty sure it’s against the law to not tell someone fully what is included in what they are paying for. I wasn’t going to be spoken that way so I left. I’ve never left a doctors office and as I was leaving he was laughing. This place is sketchy, there’s a reason why they make you pay right away & don’t explain what you’re paying for. Legal should probably look into this because this was bad & I am pretty sure they do illegal things there.

I was in a rush. They booked me even though it was after hours. And took care of me quickly. Had to wait for my contacts to be ordered. They arrived promptly and I was notified the same day. I didn’t pick them up till like a month later because they gave me some spares. Had a great no hassle experience. Would recommend to anyone who does not want to spend hours listening to the doctor scold you about taking care of your eyes and wants an in and out experience.

After trying two other eye doctors, a friend told me about Dr. Ward. Thank God she did. He is caring and knowledgeable.

I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone other than Dr. Martin. He’s the BEST!! He is extremely experienced; easy to talk with; and any questions are answered. Gabriel was also friendly and efficient. I was at ease and comfortable throughout the entire visit.

My experience was wonderful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me throughout my experience. Dr Scott was amazing as well. Highly recommend MyeyeDr. Office was clean, felt warm and welcoming as well.

I have been going to Dr. Fellenbaum for over 25 for glaucoma treatment. He was highly recommend when I first went to him and anytime I mention his name now, all I hear is that he is the best. I trust him completely with my eyes and other than family, they are my most important asset. If you have glaucoma give him a try if he is taking new patients. You won't be sorry.

Nice guy and great staff. My impression is that these guys are pros. right on time so I didn't have to wait in the reception. tons on glasses to choose from, like tons... I thought the doctor was very thorough and informative and showed me some stuff about my eyes I've never seen before (but just means I'm getting old). Anyways, will definitely be going back. beautiful office.
