Tried to make an appointment for my son, and was completely turned off by the woman answering the phone. Nope, do not need to deal with rude people. A few friends advised me to add that I was told that it would cost me an extra $200 to get a prescription for lenses, plus the usual $30 copay for an eye exam. No one has ever heard of such nonsense, not even my insurance company associate. It would be better to pay the specialist copay of $60 instead and consult an ophthalmologist (a medical practioner who has attended med school for twice as long) rather than an optometrist at $230!

This office got me a same day appointment. They were genuinely concerned about my condition. They got me in and out literally within a half hour. So professional, caring, and made my follow-up appointment at the same time. Now that's service. So Satisfied.

The office squeezed me in with a same day appointment because they felt I shouldn’t wait. Everyone was extremely nice I’ve never been to a doctor’s office that was this welcoming before. The doctor went over everything with me made sure I understood everything. I would recommend this office to everyone it was a lovely experience. They went above and beyond if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Dr Yazdan Is fabulous. She is thoroughly professional, very attentive to the customer's concerns, with a very positive approach and is focused on the best outcome possible. I highly recommend her.

I've been a patient here for about 10 years. Dr. McGrath is thorough and friendly. The staff have been there for years and are friendly and helpful. I am very glad I found this practice!

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. they kept charging me although I had insurance. getting someone to answer the phone for help me with the issue it is IMPOSSIBLE. I went to the office and they told me the billing department will contact me, never did. and now I am dealing with collection cause of them.

This is where I purchse my eye wear exclusively. Great atmosphere. Great staff. Reasonable pricing.

Booked appointment online and they called to schedule another appointment in a timely manner as doctor wouldn’t be in during my initial appointment. Got there and yet doctor was very knowledgeable and patient with me and all questions asked. Front staff were courteous and helpful as well. In and out I would recommend making an appointment as soon as they open as no one was there and I was taken care of rather quickly.

I’ve been an eyeglass wearer for over 45 years and this was the BEST optometrist experience to date! Efficient and considerate staff along with excellent, thorough exam and explanation.

I had an ocular emergency while traveling to Altanta on business. Ophthalmologist Dr. Knight returned my emergency message at 4 AM, waking up in the middle of the night to arrange prescription eyedrops and reassure me until my visit first thing in the morning. On arrival, his staff was waiting and ready to ease my discomfort by walking me through the paperwork and speeding me through the process. Dr. Knight was visibly interested in my well-being and took the time to conduct a comprehensive exam to rule out any major damage. This wasn't the welcome to Atlanta I expected, but I certainly felt like a team of kind people worked together to make the best of my first day in the city. I can't thank Dr. Knight enough for his emergency eye care expertise, his patience and his kindness. I have a new favorite eye doctor!
