Best eye doctor! And friendly, patient staff! Love it there

I’ve been here many times over the years. From fixing glasses to eye appointments, I’ve always had a great experience. Shoutout to my man JD, who has adjusted and fixed 4 pairs of glasses over the years with impeccable kindness and care

I took my 4 girls there this year, the staffs are very nice and welcoming. And there is no wait time at all. Wr signed in then 2 minutes later we got called. Very good experience.

i’ve been going here for years and lately their service has been really bad. I called multiple of times to make an appointment, they don’t even answer. when I finally got an appointment I went and everything was closed and the lights were off and there was other people as well who were also waiting for 40 minutes… no notice that they were closed whatsoever, I personally wouldn’t recommend going to this place for glasses.

My mom is Dr. Ching's patient, and he's amazing. I translated for my mom during her appointments. The doctor is very attentive, caring, and patient. He was able to determine the problem and quickly refer her to the best specialists for other vision problems.

My visit with Dr P Gallogly is always very good. He treats you like family. He really cares about you. I would recommend him! Thank you Dr G! For taking such good care of me!!

Everyone was extremely nice and the eye exam was probably the best I've had. They took the time to explain everything and I did not feel rushed. Pretty good selection of frames and there well organized.

There was a little wait before seeing the optometrist, but it gave us enough time to select frame options. They had frames we liked within our insurance allowance and we were done. In all, we were in and out in an hour.

Great experience here! Prompt fast and professional service. Lost my prescription and a month later I stopped back in to get it and a temporary contacts. Ashley took care of me with no questions asked! She and the team at Gulf Coast are top shelf!
