Love the Optometrist Dr Amanda Holtz. The staff are friendly and welcoming. When requesting an appointment through the website, would like to be able to select open appointments vs when I would like to come in. ie m-f afternoon.

Super rude dr he has no patience or shows any kind of care for the elderly people here. Staff is sweet but dr is garbage

I decided to ditch the expensive chain stores and try Warby because of their pricing model and stylish frames. I saved a ton of money compared to going somewhere else! They were helpful and upfront about the upcharges for the lense upgrades. The glasses I received are comfortable and stylish! I used to hate wearing glasses and now they don't bother me! I would purchase again from them!

My husband had an amazing experience here. He said Shay was extremely helpful. She was very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Pearle Vision of Rockaway.

Been going here for 12 years, great staff and service

I purchased a pair of glasses that cost me over $300 it took about 2/3 weeks to get them and they are huge. I tried to contact them thru the only way I could and they have not returned an answer. Hialeah is too far for me to just drive there. I need to return the glasses and get my money back, but then they will probably tell me it's too late. Can anyone help me?

Poor professional demeanor, I find the her the Dr down right ignorant. But that is just me. I would never recommend the place. Pure embicile.
